They really are. Lori is just the bossy big sister (though she's been established as a slut), Leni is the dumb blonde of the bunch, Luna is really just a placeholder character, Luan is just walking Rodney Dangerfield impersonation, Lynn is a mean old bully, Lincoln is a audience viewpoint placeholder character safe for all lonely neckbeards to insert themselves in, Lucy is a emo goth kid, Lana is just the 'gross' girl, Lola is a cunt (though that's apart of her charm and why she's sort of a exception), Lisa is a genderswapped Dexter, and Lily is just the baby. The episodes are too short and predictable, the love interest sucks, it's just a overly generic show.

You're looking for something that was never meant to be there. Half the characters in Recess were known as "[gimmick]-Kid" and were lucky to get a single episode about them in the later seasons, and that show did just fine.

they're cliches who are easy to bring in any circumstances that other characters are already having
it's only when they have their own episodes that their personalities are further explored and they become more than just a trope
Lori, Lana, and Luna have gotten episodes where you learn about more who they are
but sadly we haven't gotten any episodes that revolved specifically over the troubles of the other sisters that go beyond their trope
