Other than "Jor-el not tlling about Darkseid because Clark might have gone to look for him" bullshit, it doesnt sound so bad.

I would have preferred Clark being in limbo or whatever to get more characterization, but if they handle the return of the good Supes and aftermath of it well, it could be really good.

I'm 99% sure this is what they are going to do in the movie. I just re-watched MOS and Jor-el really glosses over just what caused Kryptonians to abandon their space faring culture for the heavy isolationist one we see.
