IST is impeccable with shipping and everything else other than shipping time, as far as i've heard.... and their prices are amazing.
I'm sitting just north of the 49th parallel and ordering from them isn't worth it because of "international" shipping charges and customs.
Really sucks ass.

I was getting kind of worried because I ordered on the 9th got the email that said they would process the order and let me know when they would ship, then nothing. I finally got an email that it has shipped. I went online and people said the same thing, they can take a while but the price and how well they package it makes up for the wait times. I think I'm done using Amazon they are super hit or miss with the way they ship comics.

I never buy anywhere else anymore.
I recieved a defective book from them once, but it was a publishing error and they replaced it. but. Really. Slowly.
So check your books because their return policy has like a 24 -48 hour after delivery window.
That said, I have over 20 marvel omnis from them and only trouble once and that wasn't their fault.
