Do you know how much piracy kills this industry? Especially since all these old shows are the only way for their creator to still make money. Royalties exist, and they are a major part of people's incomes.

cartoon subs are seriously lacking sometimes. there are no english subs for Legion of Super Heroes and a few of the King of the Hill seasons are missing them as well and sometimes they simply don't fit because they are for other fps speeds.

personally i have a small server running freenas. it has 4x4TB hard drives hooked up to it and runs plex, showsrage, couchpotato, rtorrent, jdownloader and owncloud for family photos.
hooked up directly to the gigabit lan port on my router and streams music and movies straight to everything at home. i usually go for BD rips or dvd rips of not available.

its pretty straightforward to set up. all you need is a usb stick to run it off of and a hardrive.

i took my really really old phenom II x6 rig and use that as hardware.
stock cooler 16GB 1333mhz ddr3 ram and an intel addin nic for actual gigabit ethernet.

You can tell something has been telecined if every fourth frame is doubled (in case of 60fps) or if every 24th frame has been doubled (in case of 50fps)

I enjoy Zombie Tramp and Millar edge so I definitely know that feel.

But for animation I just need some substance if I'm going to sit through multiple 22 min. episodes.
Hartman makes some top tier waifu designs but Dudley being the blithering retard he is, made me drop the show halfway through the first episode.
