a group of kids attend a summer camp managed by the fat lady and the old man dressed as a ranger.

The girl with the red skirt has a book that catalogues and explains a lot of the supernatural things that exist in the forest nearby the summer camp (a log that makes you younger, flowers that make you a clean maniac and so on), the kids usually use those supernatural elements to have fun or to solve a problem, sheningans ensue.
The titular Flopaloo is some sort of benevolent magic being that keeps the forest healthy. He never actualy shows in the series on screen if not once as a pair of glowing eyes.
I like to think it's the beast from OTGW before it became evil
the adults don't know about the supernatural stuff.

That's the plot of a lot of episodes but the supernatural elements don't always move the plot.
Actualy, usually it's the kids, or adults, behaviour that moves the plot.

On a side note, while no one particularly brilliant, none of the adult characters's an idiot, and they all care for the well-being of the childre.

That's refreshing in modern TV.

there's a episode where Bill (the redhead) is put in a situation where he needs to pick which "culture" he likes better between Fangbone's and the Shadowstepper's.
There are some cool girls (including that pink hair chick) that show up in the series but both of the boys never develop a crush with any of them either. Just go watch it, it'll take me forever to explain it all.

There's no obvious kissing between the boys but it's a hair away from them being boyfriends. That's usually how most romantic relationships start anyways.

French show about a kid who replaced places with a game character Gorbar. Now he has to finish all levels and free princess Aria. He can count on his trustworthy companions elf Ephi and half crab half mole (?) Gratrok.
On the other side, we can watch 'funny; hijinks of game character Gorbar living in real world.
All episodes are available on youtube in HD quality with English dub.

Personally, I won't lie, I gave it a shot for an Elf waifu. But I kept watching for 'dem gaem' references. Also it's really nice how every episode feels like an actual game level with sounds, mechanics and puzzles. For example fighting boss by finding his weak spot and hitting it with a special item. A puzzle where to open a door, he has to take down ghosts in order of how many notes they produce etc. I remember the episode where Marcus, like many 'gamers', was impatient with a tutorial and rushed forward, couldn't figure out what is he suppose to do and had to listen it properly and save the day in last second.
MC looks like a nerd kid but surprisingly he's quite normal for his age and acts like it. He's not a spoiled brat or an asshole and learns what he did wrong and fixes it.
Ephi is as you can expect, the level headed one, she supports Marcus in every way she can. Gratrok is more of a comic relief and a bro to joke with.
