well obviously the scottsman army and PROBABLY everyone else he helped during the ashi solo episode will come to help out.

the issue is will she live or not. Jack can't be harmed by the sword and no evil can use the sword, but if something good is corrupted by evil, it CAN be hurt by the sword which is what led to jack getting depressed and losing it in the first place.

and even IF it turns out there still is a portal he can use to go back in time, that would still be losing ashi and undoing all of the good he did in the future. and sure SOME of these people would be better off in a world where aku never existed, but the others only started to become better people because jack helped them out.

Honestly episode 9 was the only one I've been genuinely disappointed with so far. Not because of Aku Aishi, that was actually kind of cool design wise and the fight was fun. But because of the dialogue and humor.

It was just poorly timed, full of flat moments and had none of the epic buildup we've been waiting for. Aku was solid and I liked his jokes but other than that... ep 9 just felt dead on arrival. Like no one in the editing department or on the writing team decided to tell Genndy it kind of sucked so he pushed it out regardless.

I hope the final ep goes a little better. Overall I still like the new season but this ep was just badly made. Which for a guy who's been doing cartoons for 30 years seemed very odd.

Y'all are whiny bitches because Genndy didn't make the show go the way YOU wanted it to go. I have watched seasons 1-4 of Samurai Jack and Season 5 so far has not been any different from the rest. If Samurai Jack came out during this tie and age you'd all start complaining by the time Season 2 started.
