its 15 year later, duckman is now older, he never was able to fix anything and is still stuck dealing with the same problems
>the twins are now grown up, as a running joke they are both working for a different extremist radical newspaper so they are still fighting all the time

the show takes place in one month with episodes often taking place directly after the previous one ended or canonically the next morning, duckman is still running the agency but only as part of a scam not to pay taxes, cornfed is visiting, he is tired of working behind a desk all day and is back in town to recapture his lost passion, they get involved in one big case the likes they havent seen before and decide to investigate it for old times, its a single 24 episode season that explores the original show and the present
