Silver Surfer's ongoing is still going. Galactus is featured heavily in Ultimates. Ben was featured heavily in Guardians of the Galaxy, and has appeared in Secret Empire and Moon-Girl and Devil Dinosaur. Johnny was one of the main characters for Uncanny Inhumans and continues to be one of the main characters of Uncanny Avengers. Doom has his own ongoing.

The only ones that have been written out are Reed, Sue, Franklin, Valeria and the Future Foundation kids.

Reece didn't incapacitate him. He sliced him into pieces, then put a piece in every universe. Each piece regrew into its own Maker who shares a hivemind with every other Maker in the multiverse. Each universe's Maker is working to fuse the multiverse together into a singular super-universe (the ULTIMATE universe) that would be strong enough to defeat The First Firmament, which is the first Eternity and creator the Celestials.

616 Maker also brought Doom's mom back to life and is fucking her relentlessly. Presumably, that's just for fun though and doesn't have anything to do with his grand "merge the multiverse into a super-universe" plan.

Not every universe is connect to the main prime membranes. They used magic to sever the spiderman comic strip universe into a pocket universe on its own.

Battleworlds universe has no maker no membrane link. And no way Marvel is going to have everything in their prime universe.

It's basically a way to shove every alt in one universe without remembering universe numbers or creating new ones. Thing is he saying create A new enternity not the main stronger in his dialouge.
