That's a fine cosplay. When I see something like that, I wish they had the creativity to make a short film, maybe just a mood piece with no dialogue. A phone's camera would hide a lot of faults and all that would be needed would be ingenious lighting.

But to answer your question I'm going to go with aliens.

Because at least some species of fictitious aliens are capable of interbreeding with humans, so at least then you have a slim chance of being able to have your own biological children.
