anon, I don't know what hole you just climbed out of, but this isn't going to flop. The second one already made $150 million over the weekend. MCU movies are Call of Duty for movies. No matter how many nerds on the internet turn against it, it will still sell better than almost anything else. I am burnt out on MCU movies, but I'm not delusional enough to think they will flop

GotG 2 is probably one of the best MCU movies so far and has the most interesting characters out of all the MCU groups. You also have a villain that's not just some guy that wants revenge, but rather has a unique plan of taking over the universe that also doesn't involve shooting a beam of energy into the air that will do something.
