I haven't read the first one, I just picked up 2 and 3 and fell in love with it. I just like the fact that it feels real like how a real teen girl thinks and feels, it's filled with quiet and calm little moments that aren't common in comics.

It has alot of the same problems I have with Orlando's JLA, it just feels kinda hollow. Like he still hasn't found her voice outside of the archetype of Supergirl. That coupled with the forced tv series synergy makes the book just really boring and shallow.

It seems like Midnighter and Lobo are the only character Orlando actually writes really well.
