Am I having a stroke or is Bubbles the first interesting character to be introduced into the comic pretty much ever? Her plotline was actually pretty cool, whatwith the fact that it touched upon the ideas of a 'true' self and how memories impact our minute to minute existence. Corpse Witch, as an antagonist in the conflict was also pretty interesting, though we didn't actually get to see much because JJ decided to deus ex machina the problem away (in a largely nonsensical way) before any of the characters could exercise any agency and solve the problem themselves.

As much as I like the expansion of the world to actually cover the sentient robots (after, what, a decade of content?), I stand pretty disappointed that an a plotline that could lead to personal growth was killed by a writer's convenience and a handwave.

I've never actually been on /co/ before, I wish I'd lurked this general before today!

Also, what the shit is up with Bubbles' height? She's shy of 7 feet tall, but when she's around the rest of the cast, she towers over them by what looks like feet.
