Problem is some idiot kept spamming their 'Dofus Hentai' blog on the official forums, evading bans and gloating to Ankama that they can't stop him. Seems they had to unleash the lawyers for PR reasons and that lead to an internet purge of Wakfu porn for a while.

Something to consider is they had months to issue that DMCA to Zone before it even released but they waited a week after it came out.

Porn doesn't get covered fully by the Parody Law. Using original names and designs is still a no-no. Thats why porn parodies tend to have dumb names to them, because its both humorous and it protects them from DMCAs.

As for parody law, most artists didn't even get the option to fight because Ankama lawyers went to the site hosting services instead. A host isn't going to court to defend porn, so they just email the client to remove the images or have their account blocked.

Parody doesn't apply if it damages the reputation of the original. You'd have to argue to a court that you're creating animated porn for artistic purposes and prove it isn't porn (porn is never protected by parody), and then also prove that it isn't harming the original's reputation. You could win but it involves spending money to go to court in the first place, so it's really not worth it.
