I do like Jusko, but Vallejo is crap, like a shitty Frank Frazetta drawing over bodybuilders photos. He can't draw clothed characters as he lacks photo references for them. He also can't into scenery.

I have this book and a Spider-Man one, both filled with Norem art.
The Spidey one was set in a circus and there was no super villain at all in it but it was still a good who-done-it story.

His style is certainly bizarre, but the sheer amount of detail he puts in is incredible. His inks are amazing too, like the story he did with Gaiman in Batman Black and White
