Yes, currently Rich is in the Cancerverse, Worldmind is Cancer'd and wants to use Rich to invade the real universe, and Sam is trying to save Rich.

In the finale of Bendis' GOTG, they showed the Corps were back, but they didn't explain how. Because Bendis.

In some interview, they said it would be shown in a Deadpool book, but we'll see.

Bendis's gotg is over, and Rich's only appearance in that was in OS, which is still one of the worst things I've ever read.
I'm not too fond of of all these other sects of the Nova Corps popping up and the main one having been rebuilt off panel.
