You can absolutely such venom and poison from a wound.

Poison works as a blood thickener and kills you by constricting blood flow by blocking your arteries with congealed solidified blood.

Suck that shit out fast enough and the effects will be greatly reduced. Poison doesn't effect saliva since it only chemically reacts on the components in blood.

At least this is the case with most animal venom. Some insect and amphibian venom cause horrible pain and hallucinations. But I know the majority of snake venom is super blood thickener.
