What an overrated piece of shit.
It's too late.
The negative thoughts and emotions have already entered my head.
I can't enjoy anything anymore.
Kill me.

>let's make a multiverse so we can destroy it!
DC loves wasted potential.
>>92156681

Heavy spoilers for The Unwritten
This comics so meta for marvel right now
lol good job OP
how many times has Grant Morrison written the exact same "comics are actually real whoah!!!" comic?
> Animal Man
> Flex Mentallo
> Ultra Comics
> The invisibles (kinda)
am I missing anything?

Multiversity was the story line where they decided having 52 worlds full of potential stpries was too much, so they made one story where they killed like ten of them.
>>92153268
thanks morrisson
>>92162668
Ultra Comics is not "comics are actually real whoah!!!", tho. Ultra Comics is a sentient comic book that exists within the DC universe and is the sole super hero of it's earth, protecting it from threats that can only move into it through fiction.
It's not particularly different from how equations and shit can be green lanterns.
>>92162846
fair point. It still feels like something he's done half a dozen times before though
>>92162668
I thought the thing with Multiversity was some cynical message about how comic book audiences only want to see characters suffer and break.
>>92162962
Nah, that's just big events in general.
Seemed more like Morrison taking shots at the comic book medium like huge events, surprise death, retcons and don't for get false hype sucks your money away

When you "take a shot" at something by doing the exact same thing, you're kinda just doing the same thing as what you're taking a shot at.

That's the point, he has a consistent worldview that all his comics explore. I don't see how that's a bad thing. I'd rather read multiple works that elaborate on the same interesting concept than I would multiple works that are unconnected and each cover random new topics shallowly.
