I kind of doubt it. The Surfer is easily a match for Superman, Quasar and Green Lantern would be evenly matched, Ronan's Universal Weapon would be perfect counter to the Martian Manhunter and that leaves three very powerful heroes to take on Wonder Woman and company. Barring Flash bullshit (which doesn't happen in the comics nearly as often as /co/ would have us believe) the Annihilators should take this.

Proteus broke free during, I think, New Exiles Annual, where they fought a bunch of super villains.

However, Morph's mind was still in there and the two of them managed to come to a understanding and effectively merged into one being.

So now we have Morph with the power to warp reality, right?

WRONG! Some bullshit happens and he winds up inside the crystal wall but it absorbs Proteus first and then Morph is let back out.

So in the end, Morph remained Morph and helped put together another team of Exiles that had one mini and was promptly forgotten.

Exiles. Marvel X-men psuedo subsidiary Get teleported to different alternate realities to solve problems. Lots of cool "What If?" dimensions, great characterisation, members die or get rotated out fairly often, even core team members. Well worth a read.
