Well, given that Superman's vulnerable to magic, and the TC are basically magic, especially the Sword of Omens, we could have Lion-O beat up Superman (much like Cheetah beating him up because she's magic). Throw in He-Man, and he can outright impale Superman with the Sword of Power.
