it's muzak hank, sweet sweet muzak
Wait a minute.I HAVE A WIFE.
Anytime Cotton called Peggy "Hank's Wife", even when speaking TO her.
>>92044381
You already got it.
No cookie taste sweeter than a sales cookie.
Dammit Bobby.
>>92045148
Cotton was one of the better characters
>>92044381
>Mine's so damn wide I could pass the child myself if I had too
>>92044381
I don't know, but "orange you sad I did say banana" is the greatest episode title ever.
>COTTON: Dangit, Wolfman! Your belly-beard done burned out the motor!
By far my favorite my brother and me still say this all the time
So BILL'S a vole...
BOGGLE
>and we gunned the last one down/ hiding behind the snack stand/
Dusty old bones full of green dust.
>You must be very proud Mr. Hill.
>Course I am, I killed fitty men!
>Are you gay?
>What, no, I sell propane!
>Why do rednecks do anything?
Kahn really does have the best quotes.
>>92045590
>Dammit
How to spot a KotH casual 101.
>Firm but with a little give. Yep, these are medium rare.
I don't know why but that one pit gets me every time. The whole exchange is great but that one line gets me.
>To be fair, Hank, you used to sell tractors
>delicious

"But dad, what if they want their steak well-done?"
"Well Bobby then we look them straight in the eye and ask them politely, but firmly, to leave."
(after Luanne lets it loose that Peggy slept with another man before Hank)
>Peggy?
>...Well it's true.
>Bwaaaaaaah!
>He's gay now, if that helps!
>BaaaWAAAaaaaAAAH!
>No, of course it doesn't.
>>92051004
>Hank Hill did you take my newspaper? At first I thought it was Bill, but then I thought, "Can Bill read?"
(Bill is standing drenched in the rain outside his ancestral estate in Louisiana)
Peggy: (Condescendingly) Have a nice weekend Bill?
Bill (Immediately) BOTH OF 'EM
>>92052203
this episode pissed me off because Peggy cared about Bill getting his dick wet.
Actually, what the fuck was her problem with that? The most pitiful character in the series finally wins.
>UNCLE HANK, BOBBY'S TRYIN TO GET OUT OF MARRYIN ME
>BOBBY YOU CUT THAT OUT
>>92044381

Also, Peggy fucking hates Bill.

Dale (offscreen): It's the perfect crime! How would they report it?
>>92056739
Never heard that one before. My fucking sides.
>>92056817
The line itself is gold, but the fucking presentation of it is what kills me. She hollers to him because he's out on the patio in the hot tub, so it just cuts to a shot of their fucking sliding glass door and his voice comes from outside.

>>92057113
Oh boy, here we go.
>>92057113
Alright now son, I'm going to ask you to please leave this thread.
>>92057113
Better question: what the FUCK is wrong with you?
Dale: I'm doing this pro bono. That means I get the bones.
I AM THE MACK DADDY OF HEIMLICH COUNTY
>[this court summons] tells you when you gotta leave, which is now, and where you gotta go, which is out.
>>92053452
She didn't want him fucking his cousin, before Peggy leaves Bill has no idea which of them is. Once Peggy reminds him of this he doesn't want to fuck any of them for a while.
Also, just like his Aunt Esme points out, Bill has no intention of staying in Louisiana, having children, and inheriting and taking care of the property, he's just overwhelmed that three beautiful women all want to fuck him, and likewise the girls really only want him so that they can be the ones to inherit the estate. None of them really have noble intentions, especially the girl who's actually Bill's cousin, and Peggy, taking a good read of the situation for once, is in the right when she says it's a bad idea.
>>92058711
To be fair, it's not like Bill could have done anything anyway. The next time we see Gilbert, he and Bill are the only Dauterives remaining, and Gilbert apparently was the next in line since he had the authority to sell the entire estate once Esme died.
>>92057113
Shitty meme, like withcoasterson /tg/.
>>92044381
Pretty much any time Dale opens his mouth.
> Ohhhh I am sooo impressed! Have you also downloaded the classified instruction manual for this tank from Vladimir Putin's website, took a correspondence course in Russian, translated the manual, memorized it, and eaten it? Have you Hank? Putin?
>Hank: Have fun in Canada, Boomhauer. Don't you dare come back a hockey fan.
Gets me every time.
>>92044381
>Dale: The Prime Directive has been broken! Women's Liberation has come too early! I must warn the future! *makes teleporting noises
>Bill: Wait! Take me with you! I hate it here...
>Reminder King of the Hill makes everything better
>HANK: When's this movie over? I want to watch the news.
>LUANNE: The news? You watched the news yesterday!
>>92059384
>From now on you're rock 1, rock 2, and short rock
>Would you like a magazine?
>Do you have Popular Mechanics?

Bill absolutely could've done something, he could've stayed, married one of the girls, had children, and the family could've existed for at least one more generation and possibly more. Obviously in the larger context of the show that couldn't have happened because it would mean writing Bill out, but Esme's and the girl's predicament is that the family is all but dead and of the two remaining men, only one of them is interested in women.
>>92060568
Well I think another thing is Bill is afraid that any relationship he's in could wind up as another Lenore. And it shows in the rest of the show, every woman he can get into a relationship with breaks off in a single episode.
He could just be afraid of committing to something that may not happen.
>that's my purse, i don't know you!
>>92059384
Was this ever built upon? This feels like something /co/ would really latch onto.
>I was blown overboard with three of my buddies, Fatty, Stinky and Brooklyn
>They was kinda alot like you guys but one of 'em was from Brooklyn
>A Tojo Zero put twenty bullets in my back?
>The blood attracted sharks.......I HAD TA' GIVE 'EM FATTY
>We washed ashore on an island, but it was crawling with TOJOS
>I charged in, but a hidden Tojo gunner opened fire and BLEW OFF MY SHINS!
>The last thing I remember......I was BEATIN' THEM ALL TA DEATH WITH A BIG CHUNK OF FATTY!
>>92059046
him muttering the russian as he ran over the controls and then immediately crushed kahn's car was great
For me, it's more the context of quotes I love.
>Bill hallucinates in a Sweat Lodge that he's riding a motorcycle into a pie
"Dale, I know how I'm going to die. Dale?"
>Dale imagines post coitus with a mantis before it lops his head off
"I wonder what that means"
>>92055323
dang'ol, pretty pretty pizza
Proof that Khan fantasizes about being Hank Hill.
>"Hey ease up on that juice. We a poor hillbilly family!"
>"Oh you right. I been a bad redneck Peggy Hill"
>"Maybe I teach you lesson. After all I always blabbing about being a substitute teacher."
>"You look as sexy to me as propane tank. I tell you whaaat."

Any time Dale goes "GIH!"
>>92062968
The Hank-Khan relationship is one of my favorite parts of the show, one that doesn't get enough appreciation. They're a perfect mix of similarities and differences, where the main dividing line is not race or even culture, but the fact that Khan is an ambitious, upwardly mobile striver whereas Hank is eminently comfortable with his position in life. At the end of the day, though, they both value family over anything else, and they both enjoy the simple pleasures of Texas life like barbecue and Alamo beer, proving that Khan is more of a "hillbilly redneck" than he would care to admit.
When I realized their names are anagrams of each other I felt like I had unlocked the secrets of the universe.
AND I DONT CARE WHAT THOSE CRACKHEADS DID TO THAT DEBUTANT
>>92064599
>When I realized their names are anagrams of each other
WHAT THE FUCK I NEVER NOTICED THIS
>>92064696
Khan even mentions that in the finale.
>>92064655
I ALREADY PICKED THE COUNTRY FOR OUR SUMMER VACATION, PEGGY.
TEXAS.
AND THE STATE?

AND THE TOWN?

>>92064715
Either it's been too long and I don't remember or I never saw the finale.
Still, holy shit.
