If Superman has been exposed to red solar radiation for years now, and no chance to be exposed to yellow solar radiation, shouldn't he be as strong as a regular human? I assume that glass would be reenforced?

His cells soak up radiation. He should still have plenty of red radiation in him, it's not like being a superhuman is his "default" state that he'd switch to when the red lights go out.

In regular continuity he doesn't lose his powers at night time because he's still full of yellow energy.

I think they are aware of the context, but I think they assumed a competence among their audience the take the terminology at it's literal definition as well as Ollie literally being someone out there stopping bad guys and fighting with his fists and bow on behalf of social justice and not get so easily triggered by the bastardization of the terminology brought about by folks who have only ever wielded a keyboard, especially when someone who has been a literal social justice warrior for decades described himself as such. The words existed before the bastardization, and Ollie exemplified them before the bastardization, yet people allow the bastardization to take precedent. I would have actually thought someone would have celebrated Ollie actually giving significance behind the term again, but they couldn't see past the parallel and instead responded by directing their resentment of everyone who demonstrates so much of what is wrong with something at the guy who most demonstrates everything right about it.

The kryptonian super pills were used to boost the normal humans like Batman, Joker and Harley to superhuman levels so that they could realistically compete with Superman in a fighting game. We never saw Clark take those pills. Anyone who was already superhuman wouldn't need them. Lex said that it was doubtful that the pills would have any effect on Lobo. And the effects of the pills were shown to be temporary, hence why Harley and Batman had to keep taking them before their fights.
