My best friend. We bonded over weeb shit in middle school and still hang out and binge shows together. We usually watch cartoon instead anime because she has trouble reading subtitles because she's a slow reader and i tend to dislike many dubs though when i find a dub i can stand of a show i really like i'll share that with her just so i can talk about the show with her. We tend to watch a lot of stuff like Steven Universe and Miraculous lady bug.

When I was in the AF tech school, we would go to school and cram for 7 hours a day. Once we got back to the dorms, we would just sit and watch cartoons for an hour just to unwind.

I'm 18 and graduated late last year.

A lot of people I know loved Adventure Time, Regular Show and a few liked Steven Universe for most of my high school years. So I thought it was pretty run-of-the-mill for teenagers to like cartoons and always used to get confused when oldfags on here would perpetuate the whole "LE CARTOON WATCHING PERMAVIRGIN XD" meme. Same with my older sisters who used to call me a 'nerd' for liking MCU movies up until about 2 or 3 years ago when GOTG came out and the MCU became too popular to pretend it wasn't a perfectly acceptable, normie thing to like.
