The first 13 episodes of Chowder are comfy as fuck. But after that it went downhill.

When I first saw the show premiere in 2007, I was impressed. After the past few years of cheap flash cartoons, this felt like a palette cleanser. Its vibe took me back to the days of CN's early 2000s shows like "Sheep in the Big City" and "Whatever Happened to Robot Jones?".
