Total Drama: Good, Bad, or hopelessly mediocre?

Despite being stupidly lowbow and low budget like nearly everything in Canada it was surprisingly experimental and ahead of it's time with it's use of an overarching plot throughout the season rather then just being purely episodic with every episode being independent.

Hell, you could make the argument it makes better use of its central plot better then many modern shows today like Adventure Time, Steven Universe or Gravity Falls which have major issues with pacing. Though this is largely due to simplicity of the main plot itself.

Went too much into relationship stuff for my liking and they used a bit too much gross humour too often, but I did enjoy Chris' sadism, Noah's snark and in general people getting brutalized left and right.

6/10 it's ok.
