It's probably some of the most on the nose stuff I've seen. Jiggling boobs and shapely women are things that you can see from everyday life (well, not really, but if you go to the park when people are jogging you can see some pendular pullovers). However Katella straight up assaults Robotnik, actually knees him and mounts the fellow (Milton Knight said that those were his favourite scenes to animate and that 'Zoobotnik' was his favourite episode overall). It's strange that it's not more notable, because it's some some serious rough play that if done in live action would probably cause a stir.
