Ashi is going to be the reason Jack accepts that he can't go back to the past. Its going to be the ending where after future Aku is defeated, Ashi says goodbye, and good luck on finding a portal back home, and Jack responds with "what are you talking about Ashi?", then, he wraps his arm around her and pulls her close to himself, and says "with you, and the people I saved, I finally have found my home." Then, she hugs Jack, and they kiss, while everyone celebrates, fade to black.

Either that, or Genndy goes full darkness ending. By that I mean, as Aku is getting close to death, he reveals that even if Jack could go back to the past and kill him, it would mean preventing his past self from traveling to the future, meaning that his current self would fade out of existence. Jack being the hero, accepts this, and kills Aku. He says goodbye to Ashi and friends, and goes back to the past and kills past Aku once and for all. He turns around to see his past self arrive just in time to sell his future self start to fade away, as he says "take care of this village, and my parents" Darkest ending, future Jack kills two Aku's only to earn death as his reward.

I don't think it'll be a daughter thing, because not only would the Priestess need to be alive, but she'd need to make a DBZ-tier motive rant. And if that were the case, why didn't she try to persuade Ashi with her hidden past with Jack?

It could be a romance or pregnancy thing. If Jack puts a kid in Ashi, that'd be shocking both for the viewer and Aku both, and it would put her in terrible danger. It'd also give Aku massive leverage over Jack.

It could simply be Aku finding out that Jack cares about Ashi, not necessarily romantically, and choosing to use her as leverage against Jack.

I suppose it might be that some element of Ashi's demonic upbringing or her blood may give Aku some control over her, making her a weapon to use against Jack, but there's been no foreshadowing of this at all.

In the second to last episode it's revealed that Aku is literally the father of the Daughters of Aku. They are alive through his regenerative powers and come to aid him in the final battle. Because of Ashi's connection to Aku he's able to control her with his powers. In the end Jack faces a moral dilemma in killing Aku because Ashi's life will be on the line.
