We have these things called checks and balances to protect the people from tyranny by any one branch of government. The legislative branch passed a law, and several Damned Hostile tribes sued against that law, and the Supreme Court deemed that they were in fact in the right. And then Jackson said fuck that noise. I don't have to do what the Supreme Court says. Lets round these fuckers up and move them across the country and inter them in camps.

I'm not disagreeing with the actions he took, or the ends he was going for, but I do take great umbrage with the means by which he reached those ends.
