Seriously, the more I think about it, the more I want this dude in. I know Deadpool is already more than likely in, but he could be a good counterpart to Dante. Doesn't hurt that the first DMC game was also inspired in part by the Blade movie(s).

Besides the game coming out in September deal worrying me a bit, I'm really hoping the roster is at least a decent size with actual newcomers in the Marvel side.

I'm honestly not as hyped for this as I thought I'd be possibly because I could guess the entirety of the Marvel roster since it's going to be MCU centric. I want to be surprised about something. Maybe it's because X was the one Capcom character I needed to be in and he was confirmed day 1. The only Marvel characters I really want now are Venom, Green Goblin, and Quicksilver but that last one is a big stretch because of muh movie rights bullshit.

Stilt-Man was referenced, but he's not in the MCU, at least in a significant way. There are a shit ton of characters in Marvel Comics, the movies have hardly even scratched the surface. A good chunk of them would offer some interesting abilities to the game too.


But what I meant by Otto was that we don't know if Marvel plans on using him as a future villain, due to his popularity.
