CN's servers, and [as]'s, have auto timers that take screenshots during specific periods in the episode, which is why some pics are blank or of a scene where nothing's happening or with anything to look at. These timers are used for thumbnails when the episode is posted on their site, and are kept in back doors until then.

Bitch ass kid found a presumably easy way to find where they keep that stuff and posts it, but doesn't watch any of the shows actually. If they have the entire episode up which can come, if at all, at a different time than the pics, he ups it. Jack hasn't leaked an episode yet so he's never posted it early, either due to avoiding spoilers/keeping the ratings/not fucking things up for everyone, or more likely since he's shown he doesn't care about that stuff, they were just never posted.
