They say all good things must come to an end,
and "they" were referring to #287, the very last
issue of the 70's run of Archie, written by Frank
Doyle and George Gladir, and drawn by Dan DeCarlo Jr.
BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE!
You're also getting something extra - five back-to-back
issues of the giant-sized Archie Annual, with all-new
stories written and drawn by the Classic Archie team
of Frank Doyle, George Gladir, Dick Malmgren, Harry
Lucey, Dan DeCarlo, Bob Bolling and a host of others!
It's a deal you'll only get once in a lifetime, and it
starts when you sit back, start reading and BUMP
for others!

And that's that!
First, I went through the 70's run of Jughead,
and then, the 70's run of Betty and Veronica,
and now I have finally completed the 70's run of Archie.
It's been one long thrill ride, but it looks like I've
finally reached the end. I'm as surprised as you are!
Don't know what else I have planned, but after
this marathon, I'm taking a well-deserved break.
I want to take this time to thank each and every
one of you for reading along with me this week
/co/, from start to finish (and somewhere in the middle)...
>>91933087
..and this time I'd like to thank one
of the driving forces of Archie, a man
who wrote one Archie story a day for
45 years from 1951 until his passing...
Frank Doyle (1917 - 1996)
...to whom I dedicate this storytiming
marathon to. November 17th will mark
what would have been his 100th birthday
this year. RIP Frank.
And in conclusion?
Goodbye, good luck - and BUMP for others!http://libgen.io/comics/seriestable.php?series_hash=8c944fc5f1b22fc2a4f7380c2c252dab
