In the show she's immortal. In season 2 they were sick of the WWII shit so they did a timeskip to the modern day where she comes back and bangs Steve Trevor's son. That's the part that'll later be set in the 70's in this comic.

Actually, ABC didn't renew it because it was too expensive to make it in WWII. CBS picked it up and they moved to the 70s because it would be cheaper and they also wanted their own thing.

Absolutely! The themes in the Golden Age comics are a lot more complex than just "bondage fetish" that people say, bondage is just a small aspect of it.

Some Wonder Woman writers have tried to fully embrace her sexual origins and feminine connotations, while some have tried to ignore them and make her more of a regular superhero (ironically, a pervert like John Byrne veered furthest away from any sexual elements).

Grant Morrison's recent Earth One probably goes in that direction harder than any in DC's entire history, so if you want something that just goes full-out "bondage and femdom as a central plot element", that's your best bet.

Bruce's always 26 at the start of his career as Batman. Batman comics are pretty anal about numbers.

His parents died when he was 8 - i hated it that Johns had it as 10 with New 52 and that writers were forced to follow it - at 10:47 PM, which also serve as the password at the grandfather clock that leads to the Batcave. Dick Grayson always show up at Batman's third year of fighting crime also at 8 years old - or 16 according to New 52. Then there are other numbers of great significance.

I loved how Grant Morrison and Scott Snyder would be so attentive to all of that.

So this comic does something I think is interesting.

The art is a bit sloppy and undetailed, because it has to come out every week. But because of that, it's easy to keep a reader hooked and keep them from forgetting week-to-week, kinda like what manga does.

Meanwhile you have monthlies, and though they're gonna hold up better in the long run due to (in theory) better art, in this age of instant gratification it's hard for people other than diehards like us to remember and keep up with the stories.

The only reason Catwoman was chosen as the Batman's baby girl mama was because they wanted angst and drama worthy of a Wayne, but didn't wanted to off Bruce. So here comes Selina to drop dead and give Helena a reason to become a vigilante, with the added drama of her fearing one day turning into a criminal like her mother, specially since her mother's criminal past was what cost her life and created so much pain to the family.

BatCat is weird in that is all about the build up, since it focus so much in Bruce trying to control or redeem Selina and Selina trying to remain free or set Bruce free. So the only conclusion is both hanging the cape as in Earth-2. Selina becoming Batman's good little partner has too much of a sexist lean since she's basically changing for a man while Bruce doesn't bulge one bit.

Since either can't hang the cape it can never really progress the cat-and-mouse game/fling. And now here come the fans attacking me.

The manga takes place in this grimy, violent, and strange post-apocalyptic world, with elements of magic and fantasy. The man with the lizard head is Kaiman. He doesn't remember who he is or who turned his head into that of a reptile's. So, accompanied by his female companion Nikaido, he tracks down Sorcerers in the Hole and unceremoniously chomps down on their head, hoping to find out who it was that put him in this state. One by one, they witness this "second man" inside the head of Caiman, and after pulling them back out of his mouth he asks them all the same question: "What did the guy inside my head say?"

The Hole BTW, is where those who are without magic reside. These people are often the plaything of visiting Sorcerers. The Sorcerers themselves reside in The Sorcerers World. Sorcerers are those who can produce black smoke, which in turn can perform magical feats expanding past the capacity of normal human beings. These people all wear masks, made for them by devils, to enhance their magic.

Dick isn't much of a playboy, he's more just a really, REALLY attractive and confident guy who doesn't actually know how to manage romantic relationships, so any time someone comes onto him he just kind of falls right into it.
