I'm no expert but if I remember right we are adapted to warm areas of grasslands, and our ability to walk upright has evolved relatively recently. We are mostly hairless because of our need to sweat to cool off. Since we all are egoists due to biology, we know more and better what causes what. So we know what we should change or do, but cant do that to normal limitations or personal background/characteristics.
