Like how during the 3D craze the movies would throw little crap like deadbolts flying at you or whatever, or video game consoles adding some gimmick like motion tracking. Samurai Jack is busy saying "Weee look at us we're on Adult Swim now!" by showing toddlers getting beat up, girls getting their throats cut, Jack having suicidal thoughts, beloved characters getting killed off, and penis jokes, yet there is no cohesion. Jack and Aku have essentially being doing nothing for 6 episodes.

Unless it pulls off a spectacular finale out of its ass, this season is going to age like dogshit.
