The Imakandi episode.
I dunno, the chase scenes weren't really that intense (safe for that final moment on top of the bulding I guess), but really... I think Imakandi's character designs are pretty lame. A bunch of furry lions with a couple of spears and arrows.
They just never felt truly intimidating to me, even tho the episode went out of its way to tell us how badass they were since they even defeated Jack. But you'd expect that from a more threatening opponent, and I can't really remember anything cool or threatening about them.

I'm not sure if I'd call it my favorite, but I loved the 4 stories format of The Four Season of Dead.
Spring is also one of my favorite scenes in all of Samurai Jack.
The music is GOAT. The conversation is excellent. The background music is beautiful. And the concept of the tired warrior who comes across a downright paradise where a beautiful nymph or whatever says he does have a right to rest but turns out to be a lie and forces him to keep moving, forever, until his quest is over might be a little cliched, but I fucking love it. And somehow I barely see people talking about it.
