Honestly? Bugs. I don't think Rick would bother with the rabbit though or maybe even find an unconventional way to stop Bugs' shenanigans. But it depends on what outcome is funnier, really. Goes for both respective shows. R&M is above Family Guy humor, so I don't think Rick would just shoot Bugs. Maybe they'd even team up for some bullshit and both doublecross each other, resulting in both fucking up and the third party (the one they wanna fuck with) goes out a winner.
