Any cartoon you like will have a spanish dub that is easy to find, go look for some.
To read I've enjoyed Dani Futuro, a retro sci fi adventure comic and Legends of Parvaterra, a high concept fantasy story, you can probably find them on libgen
How to Arsenio Lupin has lots of cool comics in spanish if you want to look into that

dubs of cartoons from the late 90's to the early 2000's are pretty spanish neutral.
Also animated movies in general have pretty good spanish dubs (at least in latin america, i never heard the hispanic ones).
More resent cartoons and animated movies tend to have a very mexicanized dub.

Fellow learner here. The comic strip "Mafalda" is pretty good. It reminds me a lot of Calvin and Hobbes. Mafalda, like Calvin, is smart and precocious, but not in an obnoxious way. Keep in mind that because it is from Argentina it uses the voseo conjugation, a slightly different form of the second person singular than what you might be familiar with. But you get used to it.
Regarding stuff to watch, if you want a dub of something you're familiar with there's always Disney movies. I get dubs from a torrent tracker called ChileBT. I don't think you need an invite to sign up.
If regular dubs/dialog are too fast for your level at the moment there's a show called Pocoyo that's free on YouTube. It's for really little kids, but it's decently fun and the language is nice and simple. I unironically enjoyed watching it.
