Well if Dick knows about his powers beforehand and has some sonic shit ready, probably him. Otherwise Daredevil is stronger, faster, and immune to stealth.

It is a tossup. Both tend to get beaten to a bloody mess most of the time. If I had to choose I'd say Daredevil wins as Nightwing is a bit of a knockoff Daredevil.
