It was one of the few episodes I watched as a kid, left quite an impression on me back then.
Finally rewatched it recently, turns out that it was still kino but my child brain had greatly exaggerated the scare factor.

This was just some other demonic entity that had no ties to Aku. It was its own thing haunting that house and keeping that little girl around as bait for other victims. I think that's part of what made it so eerie, that episode had little to no humor. It was damn near terrifying.

Great episode. When I first watched it as a kid, I always thought everyone was dead in the end but wasn't explicitly spelled out for the audience. I need to rewatch it.
