Pretty much any telekinetic would be able to do that. I mean, telekinetics can work differently depending on the writer, but lifting a 13 year old by his neck isn't an amazing feat of strength or anything.

The giant squid with the tech thing. Then Dinosaur island where we see manchester black, then deadmans swamp, kathy/cobb. Takes some serious writing props to set up THIS arc for 3 straight arcs.
