Hello, /co/co/nuts. I am back to revive this after such a long time. Almost a month. Now go, people. Let's have a /co/ project actually completed.

>>
Well fuck, I have to get up to date with the story. What was the last thing that happened in the island?
>>
I was actually thinking about starting this up yesterday. What needs to be written?
>>
>>91649679
If I remember correctly, the arrival of the racers to the island and Stark's welcoming ceremony, there are other parts of this section that are already written (like Tony's encounter with Pym and the end of the fight with the abomination).
>>
>>91649679
>>91649348
Let me be honest. I fell off the project around part 6, and simply don't have the time to catch up. As of now, I simply will try and bump and keep alive /co/co/ threads, archive and playlist.
>>
What should be the next thing after Pym and Tony have their discussion? The meeting in Stark's tower or Pym and Hex doing the test run to their car?
>>
Wasn't Snake Eyes' Stand already decided? It's missing in the doc.

Ok, here is the part when Stark meets with the Dada party:
>Stark is inside an elevator talking to himself “Ok Tony, let’s do this. Become best pals with the president and you will score the big prize” The elevator reaches the ground floor “It’s showtime”
>Cut to the outside of his tower; a door opens and Tony appears surrounded by a white light, with his arms extended and his eyes closed
>Tony: “Welcome! Welcome, Mister President! Is a pleasure to be your host” He open his eyes and notices that president Nobody is not there, only three members of his cabinet are present “wait a second, where is president Nobody?”
>Mirror Master: I am afraid that he had an urgent meeting, he sends his apologies. We are here in his stead.
>Melusine: Is there something wrong, Mr. Stark?
>Tony: Oh, no…no no no, It’s okay. I understand, he’s the leader of the free world and all that, he can put our meeting on hold whenever he wants
>Mirror Master: So…Should we start the tour right now?
>Tony: Yes! Come…
>Blue Meanie: “Gyaah! Meanies only take a no for an answer” He grinds his teeth and starts kicking around
>Tony: Is your buddy alright?
>Melusine: Don’t mind him; it’s just a minor ailment, he will be ok
>Tony: I hope so, the carpets were cleaned just the day before because we were expecting the president…Never mind, let’s not delay this anymore, come in!
>The group enters the tower following Stark, who gives them a rehearsed speech. Melusine raises her arm and stops Mirror Master as Tony keeps walking and mumbling about his achievements
>Melusine: I don't like this guy one bit, what’s his deal with Nobody?
>Mirror Master: He’s just another fat cat trying to make a profit out of the president’s race. Just nod at whatever he says and laugh at his jokes
>Melusine: I don't think that I can tolerate this jerk for much longer, he’s full of himself

cont.
>>
>>91654303
>Mirror Master: You better do. Remember, we must do it for Nobody and his plan. Besides, we'll leave the island tomorrow
>Melusine: If you say so…
>Tony finally stops and turns around “Oh look at that! My strides must be huge; I left you way behind, uh?”
>Mirror Master: "Sure you did, Mr. Stark!" He looks at Melusine, who fakes a smile
>Melusine: Oh yeah, you must be a marathon runner for sure
>Tony: Not really, but I do excel in other fields, as I just mentioned. Lots of awards too
>Mirror Master: Of course…
>The Blue Meanie starts groaning in the background, muttering “wander” over and over again
>Tony: Looks like your blue pal is getting anxious, what if we skip all these identical floors and go straight to the penthouse? After all, you only have one day before leaving the island
>Melusine: Unfortunately, one day isn’t enough
>Tony: Damn straight, follow me!
>Melusine and Mirror Master look at each other
>Melusine: One day
>Mirror Master: One day, calm down

And after that, the next scene is in the penthouse where Snoopy's plane is stored.

Know when to call it quits. There's a reason that the rest of /co/ hates these threads more than the other generals. Even some of the other boards laugh at this.
>>
Do we have many drawfags toward this end?
>>
We gotta keep this thread alive. It's too big to die.
>>
>>91659681
At least one regular drawfag, the others come and go as they please.
>>
>>91659756
I wonder if we have any animators about.
>>
Should Hex capture all the members of Snake Eyes' gang or gun down some of them during the fight?

>>91659980
I don't think so, this board is already losing drawfags, an animator would be a rarity.

>>91660888
Nice trips
>>
>>91660888
Probably just capture. Might off one or two during the fight but it doesn't really matter.
>>
>>91654553
>And after that, the next scene is in the penthouse where Snoopy's plane is stored.
Are there any general ideas of what goes on here?

>>91658513
I'm in too deep. I've thought of moving the project somewhere else but I doubt it'd work.
>>
>>91661637
Do we have a website?
>>
>>91661637
>Are there any general ideas of what goes on here?
One of the dadaists notices the plane hanging from the roof and brings up the subject, then Tony gloats about it (that part is already in the doc). I suppose that Karnage learns about the plane's existence once the dadaists return to the airship and discuss the meeting with Nobody.

>>91661779
There is the thread in plus4chan
>>
>>91662012
Is that active?
>>
>>91661522
Well, the Frontmen are at least a dozen (minus Snake Eyes), it would be one big showdown.

>>91662276
It serves when there is no thread here, and it has the advantage that you don't have to watch over it.
>>
Why isn't Mandy's Stand called 「DON'T FEAR THE REAPER」?
>>
Oh? We're getting back into this again? I have put zero thought into it since the last thread.

I'm actually really fucking tired of having to do 90% of all the writing and was enjoying not feeling tethered to the threads, having to keep them from dying all the time since that's all they ever did when I wasn't around.

Plus I just don't get enough free time anymore and just really want to sink more hours into BotW.

>>91649037
We already finished CN City.

We're on the island now.

Anyone who doesn't know where we were, check the doc. If the doc is all fucked up, then it has been vandalized.

Last known good to me is April 8th, 2017, 7:56ish PM EST. That's your marker if it's fucked right now and needs to be restored.

Now to actually read the thread.

>>91657208
The main problem is no one agreed on the name.

>>91659681
We haven't had any drawfags in months.

>>91660888
They're too spooked to put up much of a fight.

>>91661637
Somehow Don Karnage needs to find out about the plane. He's not with the group so I have no idea how he finds out.
>>
>>91649679
Now, here where we are actually at.

The Iron Vulture has JUST LANDED on Fantastic Island, the racers have not even gotten off of the air ship yet, they have not even been greeted by Stark yet, they don't even know where they are yet.

That's where we are presently at. Another section that I am 100% certain no one has any interest in writing at all and it will end up falling to me to do it because I could wait for weeks and no one else will do it even though that is where we are at right now. The next thing in the chronological series of events in that fictional narrative cobbled together on increasingly loose footing.

That's one of the main problems I think we have, there isn't any interest in all the necessary shit that needs to happen to build up to any series of events that anyone has interest in.

I'm just tired. It's been a year.

So, we need Stark's INTRODUCTION to the story. What's he doing when he first appears, when th racers first see him.
Is he on a stage? Does he put on a show? Does he just dump a bunch of junk on the ground and tells them "this is what you'll be using to make your cars sea worthy"?
>>
>>91663548
>The main problem is no one agreed on the name
Smooth Criminal was the name of one of the stands in the first pastebin, but I don't think we are using it.

>Somehow Don Karnage needs to find out about the plane. He's not with the group so I have no idea how he finds out
I suppose that the group took some pictures inside Stark's tower. Karnage interrupts their meeting while Nobody checks the photos and he snatches the one with the plane on it.
>>
>>91663723
>What's he doing when he first appears
Being theatrical as possible.

>A huge stage has been built, complete with large screens behind it
>the racers point out the oddity of a stage just being there out of nowhere
>lights and attractive women everywhere
>smoke fills the stage
>a beam of light appears in the middle of the stage as a shadowed figure begins to emerge
>"Ladies and Gentleman, racers of all races and places, put your hands together for the world's greatest genius businessman, Tooooooony Staaaaaaark!!!"
>The lights focus on Tony who looks out at the racers, smiling with his arms outreached
>a single racer couches
>"Hm, touch crowd", Tony mumbles to himself
>>
>>91663736
Video conferencing with a phone or some shit probably.

Karnage could be with Nobody at the time and see the plane in the background behind whichever of the three Nobody is talking to before Stark tries to muscle in on the screen time.

We need to seriously consider how much screen time we want to allocate to any given character at this point since part 7 is dragging super fucking hard even with the best efforts to cut down on unnecessary shit to the plot.
>>
>>91663878
And then Pym exclaims "Fuck" to himself.

I'm probably not going to have any time at all tomorrow to work on any of this.
>>
>>91663894
It depends on how much they serve the main plot. Once they've accomplished what they need to do to move the story along they can be left out unless they serve some purpose later. Some dialogue that's not super important can be condensed into "X told them to do such and such".
>>
>>91663878
>>91663968
>Tony explains that the racers will be using StarkTech ™ supplies to modify their equipment for water based travel
>Pym already thought ahead and is prepared to make the modifications without outside help
>meanwhile Tony works on his tan while Hex gets a drink at a dockside tavern
>>
>>91663723
>Does he just dump a bunch of junk on the ground and tells them "this is what you'll be using to make your cars sea worthy"?
Not with that attitude since he also trying to attract tourists and goad some of the racers to stay in the island

>A little bird told me that each time you arrived to a new location, only the top racers were awarded with a little something from the local sponsor, I going to show those clowns what true generosity is: I’ll give to all the racers in this island a heap of cutting edge implements that will help you on the next stage of the race, a small sample of the Superior Stark Technology that made this paradise possible!

Bump from page 10. Carry on
>>
>>91663894
Should it be explained that the plane belonged to Snoopy or its backstory remains implied?
>>
>>91663878
>He asks if the microphone is working, then takes the opportunity to diss Strickland (like the Warden did in part 6)
>Brags about turning a deserted island into the greatest tourist attraction in the Atlantic and the World
>Mentions how he had to pull up his sleeves to rebuild the island's infrastructure due to the missmanagement of one shitty administration after another and says that he surpassed anything that the original inhabitants once did
>He finishes mocking the idea of the Wishing Star and invites the people of the audience to stay in the island if they wish

I'm getting ahead of things, but when Karnage breaks into his tower and causes a fire, the locals could believe that is another of Stark's attractions and they start celebrating. Tony, however, is not happy at all and tells them to cut that crap and help.

>>91663157
That was its original name, but someone suggested another name and it stuck.

>>91664992
And speaking of part 4, this guy was supposed to be a red herring there. Could be reworked in the last part.
>>
>>91663970
Which means we don't need to show the theft of the old plane, the purpose it serves is to make Tony be on Strickland's case later preventing them from acting on information sent to them about the Wizard sooner.

>>91664021
Isn't Tony going to be busy after the welcoming ceremony with the Dadaists?

>>91664125
OK.

>>91667749
The implications should be enough.

>>91669140
So what is Tony and Strickland's relationship like?
>>
>>91669715
>So what is Tony and Strickland's relationship like?
Since both develop technology, Stark may see them as a rival company, but he considers that they are inferior, that's why he cracks a joke at their expenses.
>>
>>91670083
Would he be jealous of their greater impact on the world at large?
>>
Found this scene in the previous thread, I think it takes place before Hex and Pym arrive to the villa
https://desuarchive.org/co/thread/91061939/#91204323

>>91669715
>Isn't Tony going to be busy after the welcoming ceremony with the Dadaists?
He could mention the tanning session as he leaves after the conversation with Pym. When he prepares to welcome the dadaists he's could appear slightly tanned or one of them mentions his cheap tan behind his back.
>>
>>91670592
Most likely, though he won't admit it, that's why he is trying to get the president's favor. The fact that they have an outpost in the island might irk him.
>>
Just dropping the start of the villa section, the ending is done so the middle part is missing now:

>Hex and Pym arrive to the old villa
>Pym: Five! Five of those giants bugs, whats wrong with this island?
>Hex unholsters his revolver and looks around
>Pym: Whoa, why so tense?
>Hex: You heard those gangsters; their leader, Snake Eyes, is a Stand user. We must be ready for anything
>Pym: It might been a bluff...
>A piano melody begins playing as they approach the door
>Pym: Oh, spooky
>Hex: You ain't scared of that, ain't ya?
>Pym: Of course not, fool. This must be another stupid attraction built by Stark
>Hex: I don't know, Pym. There's no way those criminals would be scared away by some carnival contraptions
>Pym: You ain't scared of that, ain't ya? Hehe
>Hex: This is a serious issue, Pym
>Meanwhile, in a shadowy room, Bugs is playing the piano with the abomination at his side
>Daffy: Ah, We have visitors, my old friend
>Bugs: Leave them alone, there are non-issue
>Daffy: Oh no, what kind of host I would be if I do that?
>Bugs: No, I insist, we are better here...
>He turns around and notices that the abomination left the room
>Bugs: Oh, boy...
>He regains his composure and continues playing the piano
>>
>>91657208
>>91673008
Should he be able to use his stand's ability in his current state?
>>
>>91673799
Well, he believes that his stand is actually Daffy's stand, so he's attempting to use La Cucaracha's ability to no avail; however, the members of his gang are still messed up, so he might be able to use it unconsciously.
>>
>>91670601
>Tony shows up in a tacky Hawaiian shirt, wearing sunglasses and sipping out of a coconut cup
What happens next?
>>
And you're on page 10.
>>
>>91675331
This, if I'm not wrong >>91654303
>>
>>91673799
No, but the very fact that it still is a stand and that Hex can't see it still makes it dangerous as just a simple punch ghost.

Pym CAN see it though, and that's when they put the pieces together and Pym realizes he's now a stand user, finally manifesting his stand.
>>
>>91675620
>Hex: Snake Eyes?
>The person emerges from the shadows, revealing his mutate appearance
>Daffy: Who is this "Snake Eyes" I keep hearing about?
>Hex: Mother of mercy...what's wrong with ya?
>Daffy: Me? I feel fantastic! Why you ask?
>Pym: Hex! Where the hell are you?
>Daffy: Oh, you brought friends. The more of me, the merrier!
>He keeps advancing towards Hex with a menacing aura
>Hex: Don't move, I won't hesitate to fill ya with lead!
>Daffy: Ohoho, you really think you can do something against me, cowboy?
>Pym: Hex! Did you find the gangster?
>Daffy: You two will become me!
>Hex: I warned ya!
>He fires at the Daffy abomination, but the bullet stops in mid air
>Hex: What in tarnation?
>Pym arrives to the scene: There you are!... What the fuck is that thing?
>Pym sees a shapeless blob standing in front of Snake Eyes
>Hex: Looks like he's our man, or used to be
>Daffy: Let me show you the power of my Cucaracha
>Snake Eye's Stand fully manifests and readies itself to attack Hex
>Pym: Watch out! There is something right in front of you!
>Daffy: CUCARACHA!
>Hex barely braces himself for the impact and is sent flying against a wall
>Pym: Hex!...Son of a bitch! that's your Stand, is it?
>Daffy: So, unlike your friend, you can see my Cucaracha...this will be fun

I don't know what is the appearance of Snake Eyes' stand, but I assume that is able to deliver a blow
>>
>>91677077
Did Pym meet with Bugs before this scene to learn what stands actually are?

I'd image Snake-Eyes' stand would look like a large pair of dice stacked on top of each other with stick arms and legs. The whole body of it rolls when its actual power is activated and it grabs someone and something and cobbles them together, the effectiveness of the combining process depends on the dice roll.

>>
>>91677190
The frontmen they capture before going to the villa could spill the beans and reveal whatever they know about their boss' ability.
>>
Where was the fight with the front men going to take place? In the docks or inside the town?
>>
>>91669715
So, just skip to him escaping from the tower with the plane or celebrating the success of the heist onboard the Iron Vulture?
>>
>>91678333
When Pym is test driving his Rover on the seas, Hex is with him and they spot a group trying to steal a boat and Hex recognizes them as wanted men.
>>
>>91678333

I think it having the fight occur inside the town would be a good choice.
There's a lot more variety of scenarios than could occur there.
>>
>>91680384
>>91680417
Ok, Hex and Pym frustrate the frontmen' attempt to steal the boat, then they escape into the town where a gunfight takes place. Some of the frontmen could be taken down in the docks while the rest runs away.
>>
Where we are presently at:

-Racers get off the Iron Vulture
-Tony does his thing
-Pym and Tony, whatever history between them is revealed, use the opportunity to introduce Pym's wife in a flashback
-Tony mocks Pym before going off to supposedly meet Nobody
-The stuff that happens in Stark's tower happens here
-Cut to Pym and Hex on the water, Pym saying how he doesn't need any of Stark's crap
-Fight the Frontmen on a boat, then in town, get info where Snake-Eyes is
-Might need to put there scene with Dick getting contacted by OMD here
-Navis also needs to be dispatched to the villa
-Wander and Sylvia are on a flower hill and see a huge butterfly go by as we see Rover heading up the mountain not too far away
-The thing with Hex stopping Pym from crashing into a beetle happens
-Pym and Hex arrive at the villa, fight breaks out
-Fight is put on pause when Dick arrives and sees the piano and begins to play it, the music giving everyone pause
-The Wizard crashes in out of fucking nowhere and sucks the Daffy bits out of Snake-Eyes and also steps on the Hero's Leg by accident, absorbing it without realizing it
-Pym and Hex leave with Snake-Eyes, Dick makes himself scarce and reports to OMD that the Wizard has the leg, Navis reports to Strickland
-Someone appears before Mojo Jojo

-Next day, there's a fire in Stark Tower, Stark is yelling at whoever, keeping Strickland from acting on the info they got from Navis
-Air Pirates toast wine glasses with the plane in their hangar
-Next location is announced, dirt under your feet is gone starts.
>>
>>91682166
What should be the role of Bugs during the fight? Directing the abomination through the piano's tune, assist him with his Stand, or he's just a passive observer?

>Someone appears before Mojo Jojo
Could be Doctor Destiny, since Mirror Master already acted as an envoy of Nobody in the previous act.
>>
>>91682546
When I say "someone" I mean it's just a shadow looming over him saying if he wants to make a deal.

And the role of Bugs is that's where Pym is during the beginning of the fight. Bugs explains to him whatever needs to be explained for the plot to keep moving.
>>
The abomination could become reckless during the fight and Bugs goes after him in an attempt to subdue it, so he could witness the Wizard's attacking the Snake Eyes..

>>91682765
After they finish their discussion:
>Bugs: Ok doc, since you don't have more questions, you can leave now

When Empire Ants finally manifests it could be to catch one of the punches from Snake Eyes' Stand aimed at Hex. Before that, Pym could subconsciously enlarge a fly or something to block one of Snake Eyes' attacks, blinding him briefly with the splattered bug.

Navis could arrive to Strickland shortly after Hex delivers Snake Eyes to the authorities.
>>
>>91686049
Who the fuck are you and what happened with Johnnyfag?
>>
>>91688476
So the fly getting splatted is what tips Hex off to an invisible untouchable thing standing between him and his bounty.

Empire Ants Act 1 is really weak though, isn't it? It might be able to ram into the side Snake-Eyes' stand to knock them both off balance, but it can't do much in the way of punching.
>>
>>91688772
Pym probably gets hurt trying to block the punch, his stand's main advantage is being smaller and more agile than Snake Eyes' stand, who is having trouble controlling his own stand due to the transformation into Daffy.

Does his stand right now only enlarge insects?

It happens during the confusion and the only person who notices is Dick.
>>
>>91696398
What is Hex doing during this? Did he get knocked down earlier?

>>
>>91696398
Don't inflict grave injuries unless you have a plan for dealing with them. We don't have a healer in this part.

Pym isn't the sort who can just shrug off having half of his internal organs ruptured.

>>91697725
Just say he got smashed through a wall. The walls in that place are probably decayed enough to where it wouldn't cripple him.
>>
>>91696398
>>91698768
Well, I don't know when Dick makes his entrance, so I left that out. In the meantime, here's a draft of that part:

>Pym: Ha! What's the matter? Too slow for you? (Internally) In a matter of seconds I already mastered this Stand thing
>「Empire Ants」 buzzes around the Stand of Daffy/Snake Eyes, who smashes the floor and walls trying to hit the minuscule Stand
>Pym: C'mon! Don't tell me you don't like fair fights
>Daffy: You… are… despicable
>「Empire Ants」 keeps doing circles around the enemy Stand, performing small cuts that are reflected on his mutated user
>Daffy: Enough!
>The Stand straightens and its eyes flashes, then it backhands 「Empire Ants」
>At the same time, Pym feels a blow to his guts and is knocked back several feet, his Stand lands in the middle of the room
>Pym: *coughs* what happened?
>Daffy: Hohohoho, looks like we weren't on equal footing after all, kiddo
>Pym: How did you do that?
>Daffy: Unbelievable! You don't even know the basics of Stands
>Pym: Damn rabbit…
>Daffy: Alas, this charade has grown bothersome. You don't deserve the joy of becoming me!
>He gets closer to Pym’s Stand, his eyes fixated on his enemy’s Stand
>Daffy: First I will get rid of you and your puny Stand, that way you won't be able warn your cowboy friend about my 「Cucaracha」
>Pym: (internally) No, this can’t end this way…I must finish the race…I must learn the Pacing
>Daffy is now standing next to 「Empire Ants」. His Stand raises his foot, ready to crush Pym’s Stand
>Daffy : That’s all folks!
>Before he could stomp 「Empire Ants」, a melody begins to play. Snake Eyes’ Stand freezes in mid air
>Daffy: Oh…What’s that? Could be…
>Pym: The piano?
>Daffy: Ah yes, the music. The beautiful, beautiful music
>The abomination's Stand looks back and forth between its user and 「Empire Ants」, which disappears. Daffy/Snake Eyes begins dancing towards the source of the melody

So Dick and Bugs have an exchange? He could be the one that tells Dick about the effect of music on the fake Daffy.

Hex gets thrown threw a wall, Dick is revealed, Bugs notices him.

But we're all focusing on the fight and I know no one is going to do anything with all of the necessary build up to the fight.
Asking to focus on the stuff when they first land on the island kills all the momentum of the current discussion, and once the fight talk is done no one will even want to go back to deal with all that and instead continue to skip ahead.

Every single time.
>>
So as soon as they first get off the Iron Vulture, is there a stage already waiting for them or are they asked to head into town/port/wherever they landed at?

What needs to be done now are the arrival of the racers and the half of Tony's speech. After that, things are mostly done until the penthouse scene.

Nope, unless is a passing reference about the aftermath of the theft and fire in his tower.

Right, so racers get off the ship, there's a stage, the pyrotechnics go off, Tony says to himself behind the curtain "Show time" cue the Jesus posing with the doves flying.
Pym knows what's up and groans, then Tony makes his name known.
>>
Should the encounter between Dick and OMD be a flashback while he's driving to the villa or a separate scene?

Pym might complain the whole time as Stark delivers his speech, trying to convince Hex to leave the ceremony.

>Pym just raises a thumb “The test flight was a success…”
>Hex: Flight? What the hell are you talking about?
>Pym: My Stand, Hex. Oh, it's a shame that you didn't saw it; I gave that fucker a run for his money
>Hex: Save your breath, buddy, you are speaking nonsense. Where is that monster?
>Pym: I don't know, he went that way when the music started
>Hex grabs Pym and unholsters his revolver "Let’s go, you did your part already, It's my turn to finish off that freak"
>Cut to Dick playing the piano “I think I can still hear those two, which means that they are still alive. Looks like this worked, Muttley!”
>Muttley laughs but something in the corner of his eye catches his attention and stops laughing. He nervously pokes Dick's shoulder
>Dick: “What wrong with you, dog?” He turns around and lets out a scream
>The abomination approaches him with a blissful expression “Oh, the music, the music!”
>Dick is sweating bullets now “If I stop playing, I’m done for” He says to himself
>Daffy: Yes, keep playing…oh, such sweet melody
>Dick: Sure, sure, as you wish…
>Daffy: No words! Only that lovely song… Ah, you are truly a connoisseur
>Dick complies and keeps playing. Unbeknown to him, the abomination’s Stand is looming above him, ready to strike him down
>Daffy: An excellent choice, my friend. The noises that the new generation calls music, phooey to that!
>Hex and Pym arrive to the scene and they find the abomination dancing next to Dick
>Pym: I’m hallucinating, right?
>Hex: “I'm afraid not, I'm seeing it too” He takes aim at the abomination’s head “Now, stay quiet, I had enough of you”

The next part is already in the doc, though it may need some editing since the sudden appearance of the Wizard interrupts Dick.

This could happen right after Pym and Hex turn in the majority of the Front Men and begin heading that way as well.

Dick arrives later since it isn't a race.

Tomorrow I should probably organize all the new stuff in this thread so the necessary gaps become more apparent.
>>
>>91715242
Gaps that need to be filled in anyway.

If the thread even makes it through the night.

Is anyone in the race going on horseback?
Do Wander and Sylvia build something like a jetski for the upcoming leg?
>>
>>91715889
>Is anyone in the race going on horseback?
Besides Wander, no, there are no major characters using horses or another kind of animal (though Hex is supposed to use one of Pym's enlarged insects from Spain onwards)

>Do Wander and Sylvia build something like a jetski for the upcoming leg?
Yeah, they are probably using a backup vehicle
>>
>>91715242
So the order of arrival is Hex/Pym, then Dick and finally Navis, correct?

>>91715889
I think there is a couple of racers in the Stand doc that use mounts.
>>
>>91719116
The only one I found so far is Jake Long, who has a Scary Monster-like Stand as his suggestion.
>>
>>91719116
As long as Navis arrives before it's all over.
>>
>>91720931
First she watches their cars from atop a hill and decides to follow them from afar, then she arrives in the middle of Daffy's rampage, recording everything from outside the villa.
>>
>>91721141
Isn't the villa on a mountain side?
>>
>>91722402
Yeah, she should be in another high place, perhaps she's in Clifford's grave.
>>
>>91722881
That's where Wander and Sylvia are, and they don't go to the villa.

It could be she's there and notices all the people going in that direction, then deduces that something is up given the history of the island and also how things seems to be repeating themselves (she remembers the briefing in CN City), then heads there on her own.
>>
Trying to get this all organized is such a pain in the ass.
>>
OK, here's the event order

-Depart Iron Vulture, Tony shit happens
-Tony in his tower with some of the Dadaists
-Pym doing a test run notices Front Men, Hex captures them
-Back in Tony's tower, plane scene happens here, someone informs Tony about criminals being apprehended on the island, MM calls Nobody to tell him their "contractors" have been taken out, Don Karnage sees the plane in the video call
-Dick in the park, gets a job from OMD
-Flower hill, Wander and Sylvia see a huge butterfly, see Rover in the background heading up the mountain, see Dick's Mean Machine also heading that way, both are noticed by Navis who decides to follow them
-Hex prevents Pym from crashing into a giant beetle
-Pym and Hex arrive at the villa, they split up
-Pym finds Bugs, questions him about stands or whatever
-Hex finds the abomination, Pym regroups with him
-Hex gets sent through a wall, the hole reveals Dick, Dick and Bugs have an exchange, Dick notices the piano
-Pym and the abomination fight
-Dick begins playing the piano, abomination abandons the fight right when it was about to win
-The Wizard makes his entrance and absorbs the Daffy identity bits

Then there's the mop up stuff.
>>
>>91725822
After the fight is over

-Navis leaves first, she was outside recording it all
-Dick leaves and tells OMD what happened and who has the leg
-Hex and Pym leave with what's left of Snake-Eyes to turn him in
-Mojo Gets contacted by someone, we're not revealing who just yet

Then we're done with this arc.

The stuff about the fire and plane theft is all and afterthought/briefly mentioned at the start of the next arc.
>>
>>91723023
Alright, wherever she is, here's some dialogue for that scene:

>Navis spots Rover and the Mean Machine
through a pair of binoculars
>Navis: Those two are going to LeTerally’s villa, just like us. Looks like there were more guests to the party
>The computer on her Red Rocket springs to life “Oh, you were preparing that phrase since we arrived on the island, did you?”
>Navis: "Shut up and start the engine" She jumps into the car
>Computer: Right away, madam
>The Red Rocket follows the cars from a distance, trying to not reveal their presence
>Navis: Give me the expedient of those racers
>Computer: The torpedo with wheels belongs to Dick Dastardly, a professional racer, and a very resourceful one…of course that means that he’s a filthy cheater
>Navis: And the other one?
>Computer: According to the race’s database, that gaudy car is the vehicle of Henry “Hank” Pym; the records also mention that the racer known as Jonah Hex has been riding with Pym since the early stages
>Navis: Those two, do we have their profiles in the database?
>Computer: Hank Pym used to be a respected member of the scientific community that disappeared from the public eye long ago. The only information we have about Jonah Hex is that he’s a bounty hunter
>Navis: Nothing spectacular… Hold on, didn't they helped during the incident in Aberdale?
>Computer: That’s correct, but we can't discard the possibility that they are pretending to be good guys
>Navis: Well, we'll soon discover their true allegiance
>Computer: Seriously, you must practice your one-liners
>Navis: Shut up!
>>
Here are the gaps:

-Tony's opening speech has not been written
-The break down on Hex rounding up the Front Men
-Conversation between MM and Nobody while at the top floor of the tower (it should only be a couple lines, it's not a big scene, but it is important)
-Flower hill scene, any dialogue we need to do there?
-The beginning of Pym and Bugs' conversation
-Dick and Bugs' conversation needs to be written
-Fully write out the mop up
>>
>>91725908
Dick could attempt to follow the Wizard and witness him merging with the Corpse leg. The wizard scares him away with his stand, Dick decides that following that guy isn't worth it and he runs away. As he leaves, he's interrogated by OMD, and he tells the stand who has the leg, that said person has one of those "invisible abilities" and that it's way above his league.
>>
Bumpity-bump.
>>
>>91726083
>Flower hill scene, any dialogue we need to do there?
Probably just Wander and Sylvia wondering how the hill is always covered in flowers, then a giant butterfly passes near them and Wander decides to follow it.

>The crowd laughs, both Navis and Pym groan
>Hex: something’s wrong, partner?
>Pym: Hex, we should leave this place
>Hex: Why? I want to hear this fella
>Pym: Oh, trust me; you don't want to hear this clown
>Tony: Attention everybody, and Mr. Nobody back there…
>Mr. Nobody silently waves his hand from his seat, the crowd giggles and cheers for both of them
>Pym: I bet you he paid all those guys to laugh at each of his “jokes”
>Tony: …I want to give you all a warm welcome to the Fantastic Island; you will soon realize that is not a misnomer
>Pym: Oh my God, he’s so full of himself
>Hex: Quiet you; you are starting to sound like a little kid throwing a tantrum
>Pym: No, I don't
>Hex: Sure thing, buddy…
>Tony: …Thanks to your humble host, which is me, what was once a godforsaken island has become the superior tourist resort in the Atlantic and the world!
>Pym: It will be the same crap from here, constantly giving himself pat in the back
>Tony: But it wasn’t easy, oh no, after stumbling upon an island abandoned by its original inhabitants and ruined by the mismanagement of one shitty administration after another, I pulled my sleeves and rebuild it, and not only rebuild it, I made a version that greatly surpasses what the long gone locals once built… Which, I swear, I have nothing to do with their disappearance
>Pym: I won’t be surprised if he actually has something to do with that
>Hex: You are trying my patience, Pym
>Pym: Oh, so are on his side now?
>Hex: The hell are you talking about? I’m in no one’s side
>Tony: Now, let's talk about something that I'm sure you will love...Prizes!
Then this >>91664125
And then what is already in the doc.

I don't know if I missed something.
>>
>>91730246
What's still missing for the very start of the arc is them getting off the Iron Vulture and seeing the stage.

Like the set up for the scene we're in.
>>
>>91731776
Who should have the focus in that part? just Hex and Pym?
>>
>>91732297
It's just a simple thing.

All that needs to be said is the racers are filing out of the airship and are greeted by the sight of a stage before Stark begins his speech.
The focus doesn't need to be on anyone until it shifts to Pym once he realizes who is able to appear.
>>
>>91732940
Here
>The Iron Vulture lands in some island in the middle of the ocean, a huge white tower can be seen on the opposite end of the island
>TOM: Greetings, Toonami faithful. We are back with the Wacky Races, and we are ready to begin an all-new stage; this time, the starting point will be the Fantastic Island, a paradisiac resort in the Atlantic Ocean
>A text box appears “Fantastic Island – Under New Management”
>The "beak" of the airship opens and the racers begin to exit the ship in droves
>TOM: If you just joined our transmission, the first stage of the race ended in a heart-stopping clash across the streets of CN City, which ended with Hank Pym claiming first place
>There is a large stage built next to the landing path, it has lights, giant screens and all that crap. The racers look at each other wondering what’s going on
>TOM: It seems that we are about to see a special presentation (he moves away from the mic) weird…this wasn't in the schedule, do we know who is organizing this?
>The lights begin to dance; dancers and smoke fill the stage
>TOM: Are you sure? (he looks at the screen and returns to the mic) Looks like the spectacle is about to begin

What if it goes like this?

>Hex spots the frontmen trying to steal a boat
>Most of the frontmen run away, a couple of them stay in the docks to fight
>They are quickly dispatched, Pym and Hex go after the rest of the gang
>Some brief fights with a small number of the thugs happen in the town
>The remaining frontmen appear, one of them say how they have the numbers' advantage
>Next scene is the same thug being knocked to the ground and tied by Hex
>The last frontman appears and challenge the duo, but he gives up shortly after
>After all the gangsters are captured, Hex notices that their leader is missing and interrogates the frontmen, who reveal the villa's location

Are we ready for the next phase of the race now? I know it's an ocean race, and Gerald from Finding Dory will be encountered. I'd also suggest as a sight gag that a few minor racers get taken down by some Kakamora.
Pym could also gather a few exotic bugs on the island and throw them while enlarging them at other racers.
>>
>>91748353
There are also the islands where the corpse eyes are located. That whole part of the ocean could be labelled as "uncharted waters" by the sailors in Fantastic Island, who warn the racers to not go there, of course they still end up in that zone.

For the flower hill
>Wander and Sylvia arrive at a large hill in a largely unpopulated part of the island
>Wander laughs and rolls around in the flowers, Sylvia just sits in the shade of a single tree near the top of the hill
>Wander runs up to her
>"Hey Sylvia, why aren't you playing?"
>Sylvia is silent for a moment, looking out over the hill and the sky
>"I'm okay, Wander. It's just...this hill just isn't beautiful for the scenery. This is a burial ground."
>Wander is flabbergasted
>"W-what?"
>Sylvia looks at the ground
>"There...there was a man who lost everything. I don't mean possessions or titles or anything. He literately lost his whole body."
>Wander is saddened. "Gosh, that's awful."
>"Oh, it was, and he knew it. But despite that, he wasn't going to let it hold him back. If there was one thing he was sure of, it was his identity. No matter how much was taken from him, he was a man, and a hero. He gave up everything, including in the end...his life."
>Wander set down next to Sylvia and removed his hat, looking out over the hill and horizon.
>"It's guys like him that remind me how important heroes really are"
>zoom in on a sign, old and small, at the bottom of the hill
> "Clifford "Cliff" Steele, He Only Had A Heart, But It's All He Ever Needed"

After I wrote this I wondered if it would make more sense for Jane to explain all this to Wander and Sylvia.
>>
>>91751379
Hold on, that's not the Clifford that was buried in the hill (and I just realised that there are two Cliffs in the overall story)
>>
>>91751379
The hill is Clifford the Big Red Dog.

He was so big that the hill was formed when he was buried there after the events of part 3.

I don't think anyone on the island except for maybe the Strickland people even know he's buried there, so if Navis is also on the hill, she could tell them it's a grave.
>>
>>91751509
Sorry, I assumed it was the Clifford mentioned elsewhere in the doc.
>>
>>91751509
There's multiples of many names throughout the parts.

Names are super common, it's why I make a point to always have TOM in all caps so no one thinks he's Tom the cat from part 3.

Where does the Wizard find the corpse part? I'm having trouble picturing that scene

>Only a few manage to survive, they arrive to the coast of an unknown island
>They try to build a shelter, but are hunted down by the island's inhabitants

Bugs gets knocked around during the fight, he drops his Lucky People's Foot and the Wizard steps on it when he's assimilating the Daffy identity bits.

>Dick: I’m telling you, Muttley, I saw it with my own eyes; it’s the thing the hand was looking for
>They walk on their tiptoes following the Wizard, who is complaining about an itch on his right leg
>Dick: A mummified leg, and he stepped on it when he left the piano room
>Something punches a hole through the walls of the corridor right in front of Dick
>Wizard: Don't think that I didn't see you following me around
>The Wizard’s Stand now attacks from the roof, making a hole next to Dick’s feet
>Wizard: You don't know who you are messing with!
>Unable to grasp the situation, Dick’s face fill with dread “And I don’t want to know, I'm leaving this madhouse!”
>Dick and Muttley run away, the Wizard smiles “A wise choice”
>Cut to the outside of the villa. Dick and Muttley are panting
>Dick: I shouldn’t have accepted this job
>A bulge appears in a nearby wall and it turns into the hand Stand
>“Dastardly, what happened?”
>Dick: You were here the whole time!?
>“Answer the question, Dastardly, I don't have time for games”
>Dick: I found your guy, he turned into a half-duck freak obsessed with music that exploded when another duck jumped on him
>“And the relic? Did you find it?”
>Dick: You are talking about that leg? Yes, I found it
>“Well, where is it? Don't waste my time!”
>Dick: I don’t have it, that other duck stole it
>“Dastardly, you were given an assignment…”
>Dick: Yes, but you didn't mention anything about people with weird powers and invisible monsters attacking me!
>“What did you say?”
>Dick: This kind of supernatural stuff is way above my league. Listen, I found out what happened to your missing thug and who has your precious piece of jerky, he’s another racer that is registered as “The Wizard”
>“A racer called 'the wizard'? Very well, you did your part after all”
>Dick: Of course I did
>“We will uphold our part of the deal”
>Dick: I hope so…and the next time, hire someone else!

cont.

>>91757547
>Dick and Muttley mount the Mean Machine and leave the place as fast as they can, leaving the hand Stand behind

>Wander has his hat in his lap and is starting to doze off
>"You know Sylvia, for some reason I feel really calm here. It's so different from all the crazy noisy bizarre stuff thats been happening in the race. I don't feel like I have to go and get anything done here. This place has a feeling of completion, like it's all been finished, yah know?"

While talking with Pym, Bugs should find out that Pym and Hex are only after Snake-Eyes and don't know what Bugs is really guarding.

>Pym: Anything?
>Hex: No, the pianist keeps playing and it seems that this laughing fool is waiting for us to make the first move, and that’s it if they are different people because I can't tell right now
>Pym: I have an idea, let’s split up: I’ll go after the pianist and you will go after the laughter
>Hex: That sounds like a bad idea; we don’t know what that mobster has in store for us
>Pym: If we separate, he might get cocky and show up. Besides, I can take care of myself
>Hex: You sure, partner? I'm the one with the gun here
>“I came prepared” Pym taps his belt, showing several capsules attached to it
>Hex: Very well, but if you find yourself in trouble, just scream

How screwy is Bugs being in this?

Pym finds Bugs, who is still playing the piano.
Pym sees that Bugs is not Snake-Eyes and asks where he is.
Bugs tells him Snake-Eyes has "left the building" (as in he's no longer with us).
Pym takes it literally and thinks Snake-Eyes is outside now.
Bugs makes a crack at Pym's intelligence which strikes a nerve.
Bugs asks what Pym even wants with that goon before Pym can start getting too mad, now Bugs is aware of the bounty on the hosts head and mumbles that his plan has gone awry.

Fight scenes seem to be what I'm good at, so I guess I'll handle those if anything with greater choreography is needed.

>>
>>91812368
The first plot outline is of young AU Eustace fighting a stand user with Melody and getting the love of Muriel as a result.

The second and third plot... As far as I understand, second plot is the string between the first and third plotlines, with someone as a protagoinst and Knuckles the Echidna as the story-spanning antagonist.

Plot 3 is a Villains to heroes, heroes to villains plotline, never fleshed out properly.

If you have any Ideas, I am willing to listen.

Just so you know, I am finally going through all of this. I've just gotten started though.

We have a mention in the notes about Tony mocking the Wishing Star, but there's nothing written for that, might be best to cut it since he's trying to get in good with Nobody.
>>
Doing patchwork, I'll update the doc after this thread is done, so don't worry about it. I already have it all in order, just filling in blanks.

After
>The crowd bursts into laughter and claps for Tony
We need
>TOM gets back on the mic “Well there you have it folks. Mr. Stark has generously provided all the current racers with all the materials they’ll need to modify their chosen method of transportation to be sea worthy. That’s right, the next leg of the race will be across the sea, but to where? You’ll have to tune in tomorrow to find out when Mr. Nobody announces the next location! Until then, signing off.”

>Racers disperse and begin looking through the tech provided, the dancer girls are there to help and prevent any fighting saying there’s more than enough of everything for everyone
>Pym is fuming and marching in the opposite direction “Screw that, Rover is already amphibious; we don’t need anything made by Stark!”

After
>He puts on his glasses and motions his driver to leave the place
We need something like
>Pym: “Piece of shit. I’ll never forgive him. Not after what he did.”
>There’s an image in Pym’s mind of a humanoid figure being engulfed in flames (Ultron)

I'm thinking Tony stole Pym's greatest achievement and then destroyed it when things went wrong.
In this, I'd rather Pym think of Ultron as an actual son who Stark stole from him and then murdered.

Anyway, still going though this.
>>
>>91654553
>Cut to Pym and Hex riding in Rover across the waves
>Pym: “See, what’d I tell ya? My Rover doesn't need any of Stark’s crapware!”
>Hex: “So are you just not goin’ ta tell me what all that was about?”
>Pym: “Yep! Rover’s in optimal condition, we won’t have any trouble racing over water, rough seas or not!”
>Hex: “Pym...”
>Pym: “Holy shit! Look at that!”
>There’s some smoke coming up from a yacht in the distance, Pym changes course to intercept

>Cut to the yacht where we see the Front Men hurriedly tossing people off of it and trying to cast off, only they are nautically incompetent and one of them knocked over a grill setting the boat on fire

>Rover arrives
>Pym: “What do you make of this?”
>Hex looks them over before saying “Easy money.” then leaps from Rover onto the boat with his guns already drawn “I recognize you boys, you’re Snake-Eye’s gang, ain’tcha?”
>One of them, a living Las Vegas light sign, speaks up “Yeah, what’s it to you?”
>Hex: “Well, I happen to know for a fact you’re not here for the race, so...”
>Hex casually shoots one of them right off the boat, then rest scatter, some dive into the water, other pull out guns
>Hex jumps back and shoots, hitting a propane tank, causing it to explode in an unnatural way
>Hex lands on Rover like a scene out of an action move
>Pym has already rounded up the gang members who jumped into the water
>Almost the entire gang is tied up without issue and sitting pretty on the docks
>Hex: “Now, where’s your boss? Where’s Snake-Eyes? You boys ain’t worth much without him.”
>>91782967
>Hex: “Now, where’s your boss?”
>We can see the old villa in the distance on a mountain side behind them
>>
>>91816729
Damn, beat me to it. Never mind, I'm halfway done with the penthouse scene, does Mirror Master communicate with Nobody using a mirror or a regular device?
>>
>>91816729
>Back in Stark’s tower they’ve arrived at the top floor
>He has Snoopy’s old biplane hanging from the ceiling
>There’s an announcement over Tony’s automated intercom “The notorious gangsters known as the Snake-Eyes have been apprehended on the island.”
>Mirror Master and Melusine exchange looks
>Melusine nods and walks over to Tony while Mirror Master pulls out a phone and calls Mr. Nobody, it’s a video call

>Mr. Nobody is sitting at the bar on the Iron Vulture hamming it up with Don Karnage when his phone goes off
>He answers it and Kanrage is looking over his shoulder, he’s slightly tipsy
>Mirror Master appears on screen “We may have a problem, it seems our contractors are now unable to complete work on the project.”
>Mr. Nobody thinks for a second, “I’ll let John know, he can pass it through the grapevine.”
>In the background on the screen we see the old biplane and see Tony talking with Melusine
>Stark: “People keep asking me ‘Tony, why is that old-ass plane hanging from your ceiling?’ And I keep answering ‘Because I want it to hang from the ceiling’. I mean, they always think that it has a deep sentimental value for me or some bullshit. That's some comedy gold. Maybe it was important for someone else, maybe, but that someone should have been more careful and not’ve left it up for grabs, don't you think?”
>The entire distraction conversation was heard by both Nobody and Don Karnage
>Don Karnage eyes the plane on the screen and takes another swig while a scheme hatches in his mind.

Then >>91715096
>>
>>91817045
And I just did that scene. I said I was going through and doing patchwork.

I debated if it should be a piece of glass or a phone, but opted for a phone.

Made it so the conversation about the plane was overhead by Don Karnage and Nobody, that optimized the whole process keeping it all short and to the point.
>>
>>91817077
I thought the gang was called the Frontmen, or that was their codename in Nobody's organization?
>>
>>91817323
The Frontmen is their code name.

The Snake-Eyes is what they're known as publicly.
>>
OK, now the real work begins. Figuring out the start of Pym VS the abomination.
>>
>>91818674
The last part was this >>91677077 with Hex being tossed against a wall, is he knocked down or he helps Pym during the fight for a moment?
>>
>>91677077
>From where Hex hit the wall, the wall collapses revealing Dick, who has been spying
>Upon seeing the floating objects in the room and people getting tossed around by invisible forces, he runs away
>Dick slams a door behind him and puts his back to it, sighing in relief “That was too close. Far too close.”
>From off panel “So what’s your story, doc?”
>Dick nearly jumps out of his coat before realizing its just an old rabbit; he quickly looks around the room and spots the piano

>Cut back to Pym in the room with the abomination who keeps saying “You will be me!” as Pym dodges his stand
>The stand is semi-out of control as it lifts a heavy wooden table and tosses it at Pym
>Pym grabs another of the capsules from his belt
>The abomination laughs as the table makes contact, but then changes to confusion at the sound of grinding
>The table is now cut in half and Pym is standing there wielding a chainsaw
>Abomination: “Where deed jou get zat?”
>Pym charges the stand with the chainsaw, but it rolls its body and deflects it with one arm, pushing it into suit of armor
>The dice roll a total of 8 and the chainsaw is sucked into the armor, the armor now has small chainsaws for arms and a different color pattern
>Pym jumps back “Well, that explains the freak show gang from earlier.” (Internally) It must have the power to fuse objects together, based on the way the dice roll, that’s how successful it probably is. I’ll have to avoid taking any hits from it while it’s holding something.
>Pym dodges again
>(Still internally) But the old rabbit said only a stand can hit another stand, so how am I supposed to win this fight?
>As Pym was lost in through, the stand has closed in on him and looks to land a clean hit right through his abdomen
>The abomination giggles with glee “Yes, you are no match for my [La Cucaracha]!”
>The confused looking dice stand turns to face its master revealing it has a huge dust mite impaled on its arm
>>
>>91818904
Yeah.
You see where I'm at now.

More of that later or tomorrow. It's dinner time now.
>>
>>91813365
This is what I found, there was a good amount of discussion in that thread
https://desuarchive.org/co/thread/82366065/#82399322
>>
So, when is Pym going to mention what happened between him and Janet?
>>
>>91822978
In the robot town, or at least that's when he reveals the reason he wants to learn the Pacing-
>>
>>91822978
>>91824796
Yeah, in the robot town. When he sees Cybersix with her adoptive robot parents he gets a flashback to his own robot son and all the shit that happened and how the grief Tony put him through caused his mental conditions to worsen leading to the slap.
>>
>>91816044
>>91826749
So in this setting Ultron didn't went rogue, or he did and that's the reason Tony destroyed it.
>>
>>91827092
Here's what I've been planning:

Stark and Pym were both developing advanced AIs a few years ago, they worked on the same project.
Pym made Ultron, an adaptable AI that could develop like a human. He treated him like a son.
Tony rushed the process and Ultron absorbed too much information before he was well enough adjusted and went crazy.
Tony opted for the nuclear option and had Ultron terminated.

Pym never forgave him for it, the labs were also destroyed in the process. Stark probably thinks Pym is mad that he took all the credit for the research and that he "stole his greatest creation" but Pym thinks of it as if Tony stole his son from him, drove him crazy, then had him killed.

Some of it is based on the meta information about how now everyone thinks Stark is responsible for Ultron because of the movies.
>>
>>91820199
>All that mess of timelines is product of the damage LOSS managed to cause in part 8 during its brief existence before being defeated
>AU Warden is actually the fusion between Future Warden (from the Time Police episode) and a Warden closer to the one from the main universe (or the same from part 6), created when they clashed during the time-space fuckery
>The new Warden arrives to a seemingly empty plane (could be the space between panels or the void that Ethan attempted to create with LOSS)
>He witnesses something floating in the middle of the void. He believes it’s the center of the multiverse and decides to seize it to become a god
>Suddenly, a Nobody arrives to the same place and the first thing he sees is that same mysterious object. Driven by curiosity, he walks toward it
>Warden believes that the Nobody is planning the same as him, so he attacks the Nobody with his Pure Imagination
>They fight, the AU Pure Imagination manages to tear off Nobody’s Nowhere Man and both Stands fuse
>Without Nowhere Man, Nobody turns back into Mr. Morden and loses all the memories of his time as Nobody
>The time-space becomes unstable again and both fall through holes in the fabric of reality, but not before Morden look at the mysterious thing in the middle of the void again
>The now amnesiac Morden arrives in a different dimension. Unbeknown to him, it’s the one that the Warden is piecing together with his newfound Stand
>>
And Stark probably gets no comeuppance other than the blow to his ego with the break in and stolen biplane.
>>
Well, here's hoping the thread makes it through another night.
>>
Alright then, I see. The doc had this guy for a while, what is his role in the grand scheme?

>Name: K'nox "Knuckles In A Hat" The Praetorian (AU Knuckles)
>Stand: [THE SILMARILLION] (Lord Of The Rings backstory book by JRR Tolkein)
>Appearance: A ghostly trail of Knuckles' ancestors following after him.
>Ability: [Ainulindalë]: When Knuckles punches someone using Ainulindalë, he will retroactively insert himself or one of his ancestors into a point their background/history, changing both their past and his. This effect is cumulative, allowing him to significantly alter the past by punching someone multiple times.
>Its secondary ability, [Valaquenta], allows Knuckles to insert people into others' pasts if he has altered their histories previously, based on the number of times he punched them; for example, if he punched Hank Hill five times and altered his past in five places, he could then insert Hank into others' histories to a maximum of five times.

As far as it was, /co/rge stands were named after books.
>>
>>91832090
He was suggested as an antagonist that is aware that his story isn't canon and plans to merge his timeline with the main timeline. I don't know if he's the main villain or if he has any connection to the other antagonists.
>>
>>91832509
The idea was that the Echidna clan replaced the Warner Bros as the group that stirred shit across history in the altered timeline, with Knuckles (now K'nox) as the current head.

I'm still trying to figure out his connection with Warden's plot. Perhaps they are among the few individuals in the AU that know their universe isn't canon and they oppose the protagonists because they know that if the timeline is restored they will lose their power and cease to exist.
>>
>>91827209
Does that mean that Ultron never went beyond his first form? Because one of Empire Ants' acts was supposed to look like Ultron.
>>
>>91835340
He might've rapidly evolved because of Tony.
>>
>>91834492
Liking this idea so far. If AU Kuzco has a stand, what should it be? Or should he use the [STYLE]?
>>
>>91837189
I think he should retain his original pillarman abilities, since the 36 Kuzcos seem to be picked from the moment they were flung into space by Johnny.
>>
>>91837346
Alright then. Gonna add it to doc.
>>
>>91834492
>The clan discovered this problem ages ago, but they were unable to solve it
>Cue the encounter between the Warden and Nobody, now there are two people who were close to the cosmic core
>The members of the clan believe that they can use these people to access the core and become canon
>They already discovered one: the president Warden, they have been assisting him from the shadows since it benefit them
>K'nox joins the party pretending to be the original Knuckles, unchanged by the reality warping, to keep an eye on their enemies and find the missing piece of their scheme (no one knows he's Morden)

>>91837189
Kuzco had a Mode in part 2, not a Style.
>>
>>91818997
Ok, what should be the next step? does the abomination decide to go after Hex for an easy kill and Pym tosses his capsules in an attempt to stop it?
>>
>>91841039
I just, JUST got done with all the stuff I needed to do today.

The only hiccup I'm having moving forward is maneuvering Bugs so that he gets knocked down or pushed aside in the piano room so he drops the leg there since that's the room the Wizard bursts into.

Other than that, the Pym fight is now very straight forward. Abomination looks with confusion about the bug, Pym realizes his ability is to enlarge insects, Abomination goes after Hex, Pym's stand finally fully manifests, then it can go into it buzzing around the dice stand and then we go into the stuff that's already written.
>>
>>91818997
>The abomination recoils in shock “What es the meaning of dis?”
>Pym is unharmed and a good few feet further away
>Pym: “A dust mite?” (Internally) No, wait, that’s it, that’s my stand’s power, I can enlarge insects!
>Pym stands up and strikes a lose pose as he puts a hand over his face and starts laughing
>The abomination goes from confused to curious “Hoo hoo, have you finally accepted you are no match for me?”
>Pym fixes his hair “No, I just thought of something cool is all. Yeah, that’s good.” Pym begins to glow with stand power “I think I’ll call it 「Empire Ants」!”
>The glow around him takes form, it materializes into a small stand, one about the size of Pym’s hand. It looks like a flying ant with a stylized motorcycle helmet for the head
>The abomination cannot contain its laughter “Hoo hoo hoo-hoo Es that all? I will crush it like the bug it is!”
>Before the abomination can make a move, the room is suddenly filled with giant bugs: moths, ants, mites, etc. He loses site of Pym in the mess
>The abomination suddenly smacks the side of its face, its hand come back with his own blood on it
>The dice stand has just been stung by 「Empire Ants」 and the damage showed up on the abomination
>The abomination is now hopping mad as the dice stand makes quick work of all the giant bugs in the room
>It swats furiously, but misses 「Empire Ants」 every time in the heavy bug cover it has made
>With each swing, 「Empire Ants」 manages to land another small blow to the dice stand
>>91699859
>>
>>91841146
Maybe he sees the damage that the abomination is causing and tries to talk with him to calm it down, but the abomination simply smacks Bugs and sends him flying to the piano room.
>>
>>91842783
I found a solution. Bugs go knocked around when the Wizard entered the building. I have no easy way to show it since it means editing some parts that are already written and I don't feel like re-posting huge sections of them.

It's why I don't like not doing things chronologically.

Anyway, this happens right after the Wizard has taken out Snake-Eyes and disappeared.
>Hex and Pym get up from the cover they found behind an old bookcase
>Pym: “What the hell was all that about?”
>Hex: “Saved us some trouble.” He’s kneeling over Snake-Eyes’ body now “Heh, he’s still alive and out cold.”
>As Hex begins tying up what’s left of Snake-Eyes, Bugs also stands up, pushing a painting that fell on him aside
>Bugs clutches his side, his pain turns to panic as he feels himself over “Hold on, oh no. Where’d my lucky people’s foot go?”
>He looks at Pym and Hex who are busy picking up Snake-Eyes, then clutches his head again and remembers what the guy looked like who just wrecked the place “Who was that? It couldn’t have been… no way, doc.”

I have a bunch of minor adjustments and tweaks I need to make to some other bits too.
>>
>>91757579
>On the other side of the villa, Navis sprints from the house into the surrounding forest
>She jumps into her Red Comet while holding a recording device before speeding down the mountain on an opposite slope

>It’s now evening on Fantastic Island
>Mojo Jojo watches Rover pull up into town and Hex drag out the beaten up and deformed Snake-Eyes
>Mojo looks disturbed by the level of brutality inflicted on the gangster
>Hex looks over in Mojo’s direction and he flees the scene
>Hex delivers the body to a Strickland outpost on the island, the officer on duty looks the mobster up and down before saying “You went overboard with the beating on this guy.”
>Hex stares him down, the officer gets a good look at Hex’s face: "Found him like that."
>The officer fumbles a little bit at his desk "Huh, works for me..."
>As Hex leaves, one of the guards says "I bet whoever did this also ate half of that guy's face."
>Hex just stares at them and grunts before slamming the door
>As Hex leaves, Navis comes out of the back room

>Mojo has run down the street away from where he saw Hex, as he stops to catch his breath, a shadow creeps over him and says “I think we can be of use to each other.”

TO BE CONTINUED rolls by

We're done with this arc now. There's a bunch of other things I inserted here and there, but there's just no easy way to post them all to the thread.
It'd be easier to just read through the whole arc on doc 7 after I get it updated.
>>
Alright, time to dive into the next arc. How should we start?
-Stark making a fuss about the incident on his tower
-Navis giving her report to Strickland's HQ
-The racers lining up for the start of the race
>>
>>91843943
Stark, yes.

Navis already did that, I just felt showing it was unnecessary. She gets a call at the start of the race saying their task force to intercept the Wizard when the race starts has been compromised because of Stark.

Don Karnage and his men toasting to a successful heist with the stolen biplane.

Need Nobody's next ramblings and announcing where the next checkpoint is going to be.
>>
Should Hex and Pym fight another racer or encounter something in the ocean (besides Gerald) before they end up in the island?

>>91844066
>Serenity is watching the smoke coming from Stark's tower, wondering what happened
>TOM arrives and says that he might know what happened
>They both go to the ship's galley and find Karnage and his gang celebrating
>He questions Karnage about why they are so happy
>Karnage says that is none of his business and that Nobody was looking for him, that he needed his announcer
>>
>>91844633
No need to fight a racer on the waves before the island.
Clash, sure, but not fight.

I don't think we really need TOM to confront Don Karnage about the plane, it's more of a cut away thing to show what all the commotion is about.
>>
>>91845128
Who should be that racer? Mojo or someone else?
>>
>>91845931
Maybe Rex?
Or one of the other leaders.

Pym came out of fucking nowhere to steal 1st in the previous leg.
>>
>>91846344
Ok, so the basic outline is this:
>Racers start in Fantastic Island
>Pym and Hex have a brief clash with one of the leaders of the race
>Someone (who?) finds Gerald and destroy his rock
>Night falls and some racers arrive to an uncharted island to set up camp
>The inhabitants of the island hunt them down, Navis manages to comunicate with them and learns about the Corpse's existence
>Pym and Hex learn the location of the eye(s) and they fight against Mojo
>The eye(s) falls in Gerald's bucket and he warps around the combatants

Is there a guardian for the corpse part?
>>
>>91846916
The bionicle guardians serve that purpose.

And Navis already knows about the corpse's existence, but not about its significance.
>>
>>91847006
>The bionicle guardians serve that purpose
So there isn't a single individual guarding the part? Also, I'm not sure if the island they arrive is the same island where the eyes are located, the doc says it's an archipelago.
>>
>>91847108
They island hop while hunting the next bounty.
>>
How much info should OMD have given Mojo?
>>
>>91847195
How many island are there? two?

>>91849100
Since he is just a mere hired thug in the party's hierarchy, they probably gave him the basic info about what he has to do and why.
>>
>>91847006
How much do they know about the Hero and his corpse? Were they involved in some way with him?
>>
>>91849243
At least two: Mata Nui and Voya Nui
>>
>>91849243
As many islands as we have need for. There's a chain of them.

What method did they use to give him a stand?

>>91850984
Navis only knows about it because she was listening in on what Jack was telling Pym, Hex, and Vince about it in Nowhere. That's all she knows.
>>
>>91852437
>What method did they use to give him a stand?
I'll suppose it was through the Rod, just like in Chameleon's case.
>>
>>91852810
So Mojo meets with Nobody then?

Or is there anyone Nobody trusts with the rod?
>>
/co/ is moving very fast right now. I takes but an hour to end up on page 10.
>>
Well, here's a bump before bed. Best odds I can give the thread.
>>
>>91854829
He probably trusted someone with the Rod to not draw attention, it would be weird to see Nobody talking with a random racer before the start of the race.
>>
>>91860018
Maybe it was an alt-Nobody the one that stabbed Mojo Jojo with the Super Rod. Are we going to show their meeting in a flashback?

Well, these two >>91851764 were the only ones in the original story that were outside the giant robot.

Also, since it was suggested that Pym is going to collect insects on the islands, I found this http://biosector01.com/wiki/index.php/Protodite
>>
>>91847195
Are they going after Mojo Jojo from the get go or they are going to hunt him only after arriving to Mata Nui and learning about the eyes' location?
>>
>>91860600
Or it could've been Killinger or Mirror Master.

>>91863175
Robot insects?

>>91863721
They probably don't learn about the eye until after they're already hunting Mojo.
>>
>>91864648
>Robot insects?
Microscopic bugs that were already shown being enlarged in their source material.
>>
>>91864832
And what does Pym do with them?
>>
>>91866054
Siccing them on Mojo. If he actually uses them, they could also turn against Pym and Hex after he loses control of them, needing to beat them to get access to the corpse eyes.
>>
>>91866214
How does Pym have control over them?

He can make insects bigger, he can't also control them.

Since these are robot insects, he could build something like a remote.
>>
So, who or what kills Mojo? Is it Hex or something in Voya Nui?
>>
>>91866998
Something like his helmet in the comics?
>>
>>91867989
I don't remember exactly, but something kills him and all that's left of him is his helmet, which Hex claims and turns in for the bounty later.
>>
>>91868410
I guess?

Or just a radio he re-purposed. Depends on how sophisticated the technology is.

Are we still going to have ties to the pillarmen empire with the ancient mechanical guardians?
>>
>>91869352
What were those ties exactly? I only remember that they were around during the pillarmen empire, they went to sleep and only woke up recently (with the explosion of part 6 or the coming of the Star, I dunno)

>Wandering the island, Navis finds the corpses of some racers. All signs point that the culprits weren't animals
>Unbeknown to her, a party of bionicle warriors are tracking her
>Her Stand catches what they say, and she becomes aware of their presence
>One of the warriors is intrigued by this and decides to inform the elders, he orders the rest to wait for a response
>The rest of the group eventually grows tired of waiting and they decide to attack Navis
>The fight is halted by the village elders, who are interested in knowing more about the current world and what happened during their absence
>>
>>91869352
Perhaps Pym left the helmet's prototype aside after things went to shit and gaining a Stand reignited his interest on it. Could be a theme of Pym that, as the race progresses, he remakes his Ant Man persona (along with the helmet, he's going to gain the ability to shrink himself from the Hero's ribcage)
>>
>>91868454
Maybe a beast in the island (or the sea, depending where it takes place) interrupts their fight and ends up killing Mojo.
>>
>>91869962
We never decided on the relation.

They could've been built by them or the Scopemen if we want to set those guys up some more.

>>91871226
Sounds good.

Which racers are getting sliced up though?

>>91873882
The power to shrink himself he should think of as useless until he realizes he can now escape from any cage, any trap, and get through any crack in any wall.

It should come in handy during the Looniversity expedition.

>>91874646
Could be a bionical sea serpent.
>>
>>91875437
Maybe they coexisted with the pillarmen (to be more precise, with the atlanteans) but they secluded themselves under the island when Kuzco's empire started expanding. One of the elders in the village should mention how glad he is after learning that the atlantean fleet disappeared.

>Which racers are getting sliced up though?
Some minor racers that appeared in the tables before, they are also the ones that survived the attack in the sea. Speaking of which, I was thinking that one of them could survive and join the Fat Controller's crew.
>>
>>91875987
I don't want to go too in-depth with them since they're only around for the one arc.

Maybe they have ancient legends and traditions about killing outsiders so their ancient enemies will never find them.

>"I recognize your ilk, you are one of the slaves of the pillarmen. Did your masters sent another group to find our home? Your fate will be the same as the countless spies before you"
>>
>>91877437
I like it.

Imagine their reaction upon learning most of the pillarmen are long dead and the only ones left who are known about are either imprisoned or run a bakery.
>>
>>91878318
>imprisoned
Wait, Wong survived the explosion of the prison?
>>
Going back to the start of the arc, how is Nobody going to pinpoint the location of the Corpse parts this time?
>>
>>91878318
>"So the maps we retrieved from the last group of humans weren't wrong, the atlanteans and their allies from the other side of the ocean have been finally wiped out from the face of the earth"
>"Magnificent! With the pillarmen threat eliminated, our fleets can safely travel through the waves again"

Now I wonder if they will go out to the world after the whole mess with the corpse is solved or they will remain secluded to their island.
>>
>>91878664
He could have. I don't know.

>>91880263
He already knew there was one on Fantastic Island, so he probably does another form a divination with the rod right before the next location is announced.

Might stand it up on one end and see which way it flops over.

>>91881196
Do we want to use them for anything in a later part? Maybe them being reveled to the world gives the robots the final push they needed to get full "human rights"?
>>
>>91882002
Since they are ancient as fuck, Strickland might be interested in them and attempt to establish a dialogue with them, even build an outpost.

Being the ones that help with getting rid of the Corpse was one of the options I was considering for the ending if we do remove the Corpse from the planet
>>
>>91882257

Not that they knew something about the corpse, but that they could take care of the complete corpse, either locking it away underground or launching it to the sun in the same way the mask of life was ejected from the great spirit robot.

I had other ideas for the Corpse's fate, but that's for later.

>Nobody: Excellent, now I have to make some last minute calls and we are ready. You can go ahead, I'll be there in a minute

>What's our opening scene
Could be the aftermath of the theft in Stark's tower, with Tony freaking out and demanding answers, then it switches to Navis being informed by Strickland that their operations in Fantastic Island are being obstructed by Stark until further notice.

Wasn't there a map with the location of the scopemen homeland that was hinted in part 6? The island's inhabitants may know something about the scopemen or possess another piece of the map.

Alright, so the first scene is of the top floor of Stark tower still smoking.

>>91891394
They might know how to read it, if nothing else.
>>

And who should interrupt Nobody? TOM or one of the dadaists?
>>
>>91894135
If it's one of the Dadaists, then they'd know what the rod is.

Could be Serenity since I think TOM would be preoccupied at the moment.

Or it could be the other way around with Navis communicating with Strickland, and when she asks why the team if being delayed we cut to Tony throwing a bitch fit about his smoked tower.
>>
>>91895319
Or it begins with a shot of the island with the smoke unexplained, then to Navis, then to Tony for the explanation, then to Don Karnage.
>>
>Shot of Fantastic Island
>Smoke is rising from the top floor of Stark's tower

>Cut down to where the racers are gathering
>Navis is in her car, on the phone with someone
>Navis: "What do you mean the backup won't be coming?! You saw the footage! That mad duck from 15 years ago is back!"

>Cut to an operative who is hunched over talking into his phone, trying to not be noticed "Sorry Navis, but we have our hands full. Stark got word of our special task force and well..."
>Pan over to Tony who is looking drunk, disheveled, and irritated "What'dya mean yer not here for this! Look at my tower!" He's pointing with the bottle free hand up at his tower "Some assholes think they can steal from me and you guys aren't even gonna do shit about it?!"
>The operative is back on his phone "That's the situation... you'll need to keep an eye on the Wizard until we get our next chance."

>Cut back to Navis who angrily ends the call "Of all the times! Luck must really be on their side."

>Cut to inside the Iron Vulture where Don Karnage and his crew are toasting wine glasses over Snoopy's biplane
>Don Karnage: "Well done, men! Another successful venture!"
>Serenity walks by them and up the stairs, she looks them all over, but proceeds without delay

>Pan up the stairs and over to another room, the door guarded by Dadaists where we see Mr. Nobody setting up a folding table
>He draws a face on top of it, then erases the details until a "circle" remains
>He places a rod in the center of it
>There's a knock at the door
>Mr. Nobody: "Yes? It's open."
>Serenity enters Nobody's cabin "Mr. President, the racers are gathering in the starting line. It's almost time."
out of space.
>>
>>91897026
>Mr. Nobody: I see. I'm in the middle of something important right now though.
>Serenity stares confused as Nobody is seemigly playing with a rod
>Mr. Nobody jiggles the table slightly and the rod falls pointing to the north, Nobody is ecstatic
>Mr. Nobody: "Excellent, now I have to make some last minute calls and we'll be ready. You can go ahead, I'll be there in a minute."
>Serenity exits, more confused than ever
>Killinger gives her a warm smile and shrugs to put her at ease

Now we want go into whatever is happening where the racers are gathering.

Pym could be dusting off his old helmet and checking his remaining capsules, Mojo Jojo looks around as if someone is following him, and Rex is staring at Pym and Hex muttering to himself that he'll teach them a lesson for what happened in CN City.
