I think the dragon is Nibiru. It was originally planned as nothing but one-shot stories about the new heroes being zapped to the old ones. But because sales have been slipping and people have been demanding the old ones back, Axel and crew decided to use this series as a chance to lie and say they were bringing back the real heroes for realsies and that this isn't some one time thing.

Could someone explain to me how Robbie is legacy? He didn't replace Blaze. Blaze literally appeared in Robbie's first book and even fought Robbie. Robbie isn't even a Spirit of Vengeance. Ketch and Alejandra? Those two were legacy, because they actually succeeded Blaze. Robbie is just another Ghost Rider, one separate from Blaze.

Well, a number of Hulk artists over the years have memorably rendered the Hulk with a heavily-lined face. Jack Kirby and Todd MacFarlane during their respective runs on the book did stuff like that. I suspect that Ramos is giving Amadeus a similar treatment here. Personally I do like a somewhat more grotesque-looking Hulk, myself. Seems more thematic to the whole "monster" angle.

I think the trouble with this is that most heroes WOULD think and say this. Even if it was miles from true.

The writer needs to be the one to understand that a character saying something like that is just trying to be inspirational to their "legacy". The real hero should always prevail though. You're writing a different story if the protagonist has changed. Keeping the same title matters not. The protagonist is the only thing that matters.
