Latest trailer about Scarecrow proves that Superman was right, and Batman is a stupidhead uncapable of learn from reality.

Batman says to Scarecrow that he belongs to Arkham so he can get help, even when we all know that will never work. Scarecrow will only keep escaping over and over just to cause chaos while people die. Beast Boy and Kid Flash (presumably Wally) died in the initial nuking of Metropolis. Conner was also there but survived. Later Tim, Starfire, Conner and Wonder Girl go to confront Superman about the Regime nonsense and they fight. Supes mortally wounds Conner and gives the other Titans an ultimatum. He tells them their only hope of keeping Conner alive is to keep him in the Phantom Zone, but they have to go with him. They agree and that's where they've been ever since.
