On April 1st, Teletoon uploaded an episode of this cartoon, which was made by the creator of Jimmy Two-Shoes. Nobody on here, including myself, even noticed. Nickelodeon bought the rights for it in the US.

I, uh, don't like it. It's like it took all of the worst stuff about Jimmy Two-Shoes and only focused on that.

There would be so much hard core porn of the blue haired chick.

I don't even think she's in the episode they uploaded.

>blue haired chick.
Looks like Star Butterfly's even more retarded cousin
>>
>>91591385
That was...a thing. Might grow on me if I see more episodes.
>>91591445
She briefly was there in the waffle episode.
>>
>>91591411
I find myself not even fucking caring about her design at all.
>>
Apparently, it premieres in May in Canada.
>>
>>91591385
The porn of the girl and the robot will be nice.
>>
>>91591588
Yeah, she looks spaced out
>>
>>91591385
what's more annoying

Calarts style or Teletoon style?
>>
>>91594433
yeah, all two pics.
>>
>>91595064
This one looks like a cross of both styles... I think Calarts is more annoying because all the characters in this style are stupid but not ALL of the Teletoon ones necessarily.
>>
Canada can't be more original can they. All their shows consist of a weird main hero character, his fat and/or stupid best friend, and sometimes there's a girl character from time to time.
>>
The art style seems more European than Canadian

The Day of the Rake will come. Mark my words
>>91597966
What's the plot of this show anyway? A bunch of cartoon parody characters living in a town. Gee I wonder where I heard this before.
>>91596133
That's disgusting also I never understood Canada's love of angular and flat as fuck cartoons. The UPA-style is even more popular there than here, which is weird considering we created and popularized it. Either way I hate that style it's only good when it's done by Tartakovsky, McCracken, Faust or the studio that made Panty and Stocking
>>
The plot of this show, straight from the video's description:

> In the middle of ToonVille, where all cartoons live, sits the ToonMart, where all cartoons hang out. Marty works at the ToonMart, which he likes to think was named for him. It was not, even if some people do call him ToonMart Marty!

>As an employee there, Marty believes his job is to stick his nose in everyone else’s business… There’s no business Marty likes better than somebody else’s business. With every bend, bounce, flip and spin, Marty makes a great big cartoony adventure of everything and then makes an even bigger one cleaning up but always makes sure everyone feels included in his Marty party!

>ToonMarty turns every cartoon trope on its ear – having a grand time with things like idea light bulbs, smoke trails or chase scenes. Inspired by classic cartoons, ToonMarty is very much in the spirit of today: a freewheeling and irreverent good time!

>ToonMarty turns every cartoon trope on its ear
We'll just see about that... when I read that refering to a canadian cartoon I just expect the worst possible.
>>
>>91600361
>toonvile, where all cartoons live
Judging from that and the trailer it just seems like a really bad and boring ripoff of the amazing world of gumball
>>
>>91599623
UPA-style always get's butchered when someone decides to add more then enough to it
>>
>>91599623
Teletoon style =/= UPA style

Teletoon style is more reminiscent of Hanna-Barbera, or the minimalistic underground comix style Adventure Time lifted off of. UPA is distinct in using basic shapes cleanly to portray fluidity and motion.
