Does he pay his taxes?
Of course. But like most multi-billionaires, he doesn't pay much, relatively speaking.

He uses Batman Inc to save a ton in taxes

Bruce Wayne publicly funds the batman, it's all a business expense

>Bruce Wayne publicly funds the batman,

Of course. He's not a criminal.
Lego Cinematic Universe Batman does not

Origanally he and Robin worked hand in hand, declaring all evindence and how it was gotten, making sure everything he done was legal and wasn't against police policyand was considered a policeman/private investigator sort of thing.
I don't think that has ever been outright taken away, but it is difficult to square it in his more grittier tales/re-imaginings.
Let me tell you about one American hero who hasn't paid taxes in decades.

Lego Batman probably pays no taxes and still gets a huge refund

>It turns out Bruce Wayne pays more taxes than he should because he doesn't declare most of his Batman expenses.
Would Oa accept the IRS' request to extradite him for unpaid taxes?
