Not incredibly fond of him, i feels his comic are often just a vehicle to show you how great his ideas are and they take themselves very seriously, which tend to annoy me.
i think the Metabarons is the only of him i have read that doesn't suffer from this.

Yeah, art is usually the best part of his comic.
Though i do recognize he does a wide imagination and interesting ideas, i just kinda wish he didn't try to shove them down to my throat.

Legendary tier director, one of the greatest cinematographers ever.

As a comic book writer he manages to translate some of his ideas, his gritty fairytales into another medium. I'd say if he was viewed strictly as a writer he would be /co/'s Kojima.

Is there an archive that has translated EuroComics so that I can Download cbr/cbz and read them for myself?
