Would you like still like Dark Knight if Moore handled it.
Frank Miller is v. underappreciated because people only see surface level appeal in his comics. I'd say Moore is overappreciated for the opposite reason but lol, there are like half a dozen writers of Moore's quality (which should just be the default) in Western comics so hard to overappreciate.

Why would you only abbreviate one word in that message? And why would it be 'very'? To the best of my knowledge that word doesn't have an actual abbreviation...

I've really grown to like Frank Miller. Even if I think ASBAR is crap and I don't agree with some of his political views I still can find enjoyment in his work.

>Moore is overappreciated
not at all, everyone sees him as a grumpy old man and only sees him for the EDGE.
Dude revolutionized comics, Watchmen, LoEG, Miracleman and Big Numbers all broke new ground respectively.

>there are like half a dozen writers of Moore's quality
Not really. The people that come close are Milligan, Vietch, Gaiman, and Kirby, but I'd say the only one who had as much impact was Kirby.

I'm a dirty phoneposter.

I don't entirely disagree but I felt generous there.
I'm assuming the OP is talking about Tradd Moore since that's what the art in his post is.
And my answer is that Frank Miller is an excellent draftsman and his art in DKR is stellar as is.

Now, this anon got the message.

>I'd say Moore is overappreciated
People act like his entire body of work is Watchmen and Killing Joke, that's not over appreciation.

I didn't even open the thimbnail desu. Feel like Tradd Moore art would completely tip the story over because it's so hyperkinetic and lacks a sense of weariness. Not saying it would be bad but I don't think it would read anything like the same way.

Halo Jones was another good one.
Allen Moore is a hack he'd ruin the comic
