Are there any stories about good Deceptions and evil Autobots? Like, a bot who happens to be a Con, but he doesn't follow Deception ideology. All Hail Megaton doesn't count.

For an evil Autobot and not-so-evil Decepticons, check out The Transformers: Punishment.

For a good Decepticon, check The Transformers: Redemption one-shot for some Barricade. You may also be interested in Spotlight: Thundercracker, The Transformers (and The Transformers: Robots in Disguise), and Optimus Prime for Thundercracker stuff, since he's always been the least evil of all the Decepticons. Also Soundwave.

If you want something that focuses more on the morally dubious aspects of the Autobots, check out both Wreckers miniseries. You won't be finding more than one good Decepticon there, though.
