Plenty.

Probably too many to list, depending on how you frame the question. Transformers, Care Bears, Ninja Turtles (which adapted from the cartoon far more than the comics), Rugrats, Eliza Thornberry, Hey Arnold!, and Avatar the Last Airbender all come to mind as animated series that got wide spread theater released movies, without looking anything up.

If you include home video releases, the list explodes outward. Ditto if you include Japanese cartoons that got movies.
