Based Cap
>>91432660
This trailer makes the event look boring as hell. Especially that terrible music that doesn't fit with the event's tone. Also, it didn't tell us anything new we didn't already know.
>>91432660
Marvel needs a cosmic threat event.
All this infighting has become stale. Rally the heroes around the protection of the planet, have them fight alongside each other for a common goal despite their differences.
There's a reason the MCU made Civil War a one movie character movie and used The Infinity Gauntlet as the two part big finale.
woah woah woah what's this now
>>91433503
That's what Eternity War would have been, but now Marvel is going on a "no events" kick after Secret Empire so that ain't happening no more.
Thanks Bendis. Way to ruin it for the rest of us.
>>91433520
>Nostradamus and Isaac Newton
BASED SPENCER
>>91433520
Kraken and Nostradamus. Based Hickman.
>>91432660
Based Marvel
All the comments are making it sound like they deleted the video before after getting crazy dislikes, then reuploaded. What the fuck is going on with Marvel atm?
>>91432660
>all those salty MCUfags in the comments
Pfft. Based Captain HYDRA triggering those retards just by existing.
>>91432660
Looks fun.
>Normies shitting on an upcoming Marvel event
>/co/ hyped for it
What fucking bizarro world did I fall into?
>>91434566
/co/ has actual good taste sometimes
My concern is bloating this into a universe-wide event but I like the main story enough to keep going with it. I really wish the finale was smaller like Standoff though.
>>91432660
[spoiiler]Cap wields Thor's hammer.[/spoiler]
>>91432660
HAIL HYDRA
>>91433547
>Marvel
>No events
Yeah, I'll believe it when i see it
>>91433503
Cosmic event won't be good if they don't get the right writer for it.
Look at anything Cosmic that Bendis has written especially his Celestial threat in CWII and his upcoming Thanos invading Earth shit in his last GotG comic it feels so lackluster.
Or Humphries' forgettable Black Vortex
Same with Spencer, his Hydra Cap event is fine but the Chitauri invasion part of it really lacks the threatening feel that he built for HydraCap.
Not every writer can write larger than life Cosmic threats.
>>91435064
They said no BIG events
>>91435576
>Hydra
>Nazi
Casual detected.
>>91435576
MCUfag pls
>>91433520
Ramping up dem' Hickman references.
Other than Ian Zola, who else could the Kraken be?
>>91435893
It pretty much has to be Ian with the way Elisa talks about him.
>>91435893
Nomad? Jack monroe.
>>91434566
One where Stilt-Man might save the day.
>>91435893
Unless his history has been altered, it would be pretty out of character for Ian to suddenly be a Hydra true believer, especially after that Secret Wars mini where he saw what a world ruled by Hydra is like.
>>91433547
It's amazing how much damage Bendis and his shitty CW2 did. And he bragged about the story being rushed in such a short time.
>>91432660
>>91433853
>upload video
>get dislikes
>delete video then reupload
Wow, that's Sony's Ghostbusters levels of scummy.
>>91432660
Whose ready for when Miles kills Steve?
>>91434938
Anyone got ideas for bingo shit?
I'm not really down with all of these options.
>>91437006
It won't happen, either Captain Hydra will avoid it or Miles will not kill him because he promised himself never to let the vision come true.
>>91437104
I bet it will happen. I bet it will happen and he will allow it to happen as part of some master plan.
I look forward to seeing this at my local defunct Hastings.
>>91436553
He can be infiltrating Hydra trying to see what is wrong with Steve.
>>91437156
RIP Hastings. You were a good store.
>>91437104
>HydraCap loses and the heroes know that he got his memories altered by Kobik.
>They convinced Kobik to unalter him but HydraCap feels like they are going to brainwash him again so he kills himself before that can happen.
>Miles finds him and drags his body for all the heroes to see.
>>91437104
>>91437130
Or Miles will "kill" Captain Hydra, not Steve Rogers and he will be back at normal at the end of the event.
>>91437381
>>91437385
Both possible.
>>91435893
>No seat for Zemo
I'm hype for this event, but this trailer was so awkward it's only going to tarnish more the reputation of this run.
>>91437524
He was busy recruiting the new Masters of Evil, don't worry he's part of his boyfriend's inner circle.
>>91437546
>this trailer was so awkward
It's a trailer for a comic book, not a movie. There is only so much you can do with it.
Help me, /co/
>>91437635
They could have chosen better music, and picked some actual moments of the run instead of covers of unrelated books like IvX or Champions. And, "the marvel universe is divided" is the last thing audiences want to hear, specially since it's the first "heroes vs singular villain" big event in at least a couple years
>>91437689
We already have a Bingo made from the blood, sweat and shitposting of several anons.
And why did you put the Scarlet Witch of all people on the left anyway?
>>91437524
He seats on Cap laps
>>91437738
i like tits
and damn, i thoguht that was one fella
>>91437689
we already made one, casual >>91434938
>>91437720
Seriously, that music was fucking terrible. Like something from a college project.
>>91437689
Miles killing Cap vision is brought up
>>91437689
>Someone says "well that was anti-climatic"
>[ZemoxSteve shipping intensifies]
There is already a bingo card but I like the design for this one more.
>>91437757
Nope, a bunch of us got together to brainstorm ideas in several threads, then somebody put them onto a bingo card, then we together decided which pictures to put on the sides.
>>91437689
What's with the Loki helmets?

I'm a tripfag, so I'm doing it for attention
Why are comics so shit?
>>91438013
This actually looks pretty neat.
>>91437837
I just made it for me, hence the autism, but feel free to edit it or use it however ya like
>>91436009
brubaker killed him didn't he
>>91438095
All these events are shit. DC and Marvel and their "stories" don't have endings, there's nothing the story is making its way to, no build-up; they're just used to print money; they lack substance and actual worth. Long, drawn-out continuity is like procedural generation in vidya: soulless and lackluster.
>>91438198
It's comics, homie. They were there before you born and they'll be there after you die. Asking for a definitive ending to huge money making franchises is silly.
>>91438168
Decent job there.
>>91438168
no "punch a nazi" square, or is that too easy?
>>91435099
I never said Bendis had to write it, and fuck Thanos, but I agree a good writer is always needed for events that large.
Marvel needs new threats against Earth, its that simple. They found a way to make Secret Wars, a universe-shattering event, about in-fighting.
Literally create personified evil and have it fight the Marvel heroes. It'll sell. People want to see all the heroes on one side of the splash page for once.
>>91438168
Can we change the Bendis tie-in nightmare to just "tie-ins are published out of order"?
>>91435893
I like that table
I don't care how this ends or how it goes, really I don't care anything about this event that I'm sure is going to be just as much of an abortion as the last few Marvel events ,but I really want this to happen even if it only lasts a couple of issues
>>91439127
It would be a great twist of the knife if Pete does it in response to Hydra destroying and dismantling Parker Industries.
>>91435161
Here's hoping. I've always enjoyed smaller scale events that can have a couple related books all working up towards the event naturally than massive line-wide events that shit all over every unrelated book. The world needs more events like Sinestro Corps Wars and less, well, practically any event Marvel's done since pretty much House of M.
>>91439127
#2's colors scheme with #3's eyes would be perfect
>>91439239
As long as you keep the Web lines on #2 you're right
>>91432660
what shitty art
>>91439271
yea didnt notice 3 was lacking in webs till after my post. I want to see exactly what spidey can do with webs + shield.
I'm bored already.
>>91438198
The never ending aspect is what makes capeshit unique. You can hate it if you want, but making superhero stories "end" is not a solution.
That would be like trying to fix vidya by making it "more cinematic," it misses the point of what people like from the medium.
>>91437689
We already have one, although I wouldn't mind someone sprucing it up to look a little less slapped together. Still, the actual bingo slots are locked in. It's just the dressing around it that could use some work.
