It's a double shipping book so the orders for the #2 that he drew are already locked in too. It's possible they delay it for a redraw, but I haven't seen anything yet. He is also solicited for #3 and the orders are due today. They need to communicate on whether something is changing or they'll be fucked there because no one wants to accidentally read propaganda. He is not on #4, 5 or 6 though.

But also the payments doesn't really work like you're thinking. It's usually a flat payment for services (per page) without the issue sales being relevant.
